Congressman Ellison equates Bush to Hitler and 9/11 to Reichstag Fire

In an over the top remark he accused Bush of being the equivalent of Hitler, who many believe may have lit the torch figuratively and literally that caused the Reichstag Fire of February 27, 1933 , equating it to 9/11.

He may have taken a cue from an audience member who wore a black tee shirt with “Investigate 9/11”.

“It’s almost like the Reichstag fire in Nazi German, kind of reminds me of that. After the Reichstag was burned, they blamed the Communists for it and put the leader of that country (Hitler) in a position where he could basically have the authority to do whatever he wanted. The fact is that I’m not saying [Sept. 11] was a U.S. plan, or anything like that because, you know, that’s how they put you in the nut-box-dismiss you.

Jaafar Sheikh Idris is a good friend of Mr. Ellison.

Secularists in the West will agree with this, then they will point out that under Islamic law, people are not all equal. No non-Muslim, for example, could become the president. Well, in response to that fact, in turn, secularism is no different. No Muslim could become president in a secular regime, for in order to pledge loyalty to the constitution, a Muslim would have to abandon part of his belief and embrace the belief of secularism — which is practically another religion. For Muslims, the word ‘religion’ does not only refer to a collection of beliefs and rituals, it refers to a way of life which includes all values, behaviors, and details of living.

Secularism cannot be a solution for countries with a Muslim majority, for it requires people to replace their God-given beliefs with an entirely different set of man-made beliefs. Separation of religion and state is not an option for Muslims because is requires us to abandon God’s decree for that of a man.

Ellison also voted to facilitate another 9/11. Perhaps it is time to ask where his primary loyalty lies–to the United States, or the Umma of militant Islam. Here is what Ellison voted AGAINST:

The language for HR1640 was put into Rep. Shuster’s bill HR1401. Rep. Pearce’s leadership on this issue was central to this language being put into HR1401 which passed the House overwhelmingly by a vote of 304 to121.

“This is a big victory for all Americans,” Shuster said. “No American should ever be sued because they tried to stop a terrorist act. No American should be forced to second guess a decision to alert authorities that could save the lives of others.”

The Republican motion to recommit H.R. 1401, the Rail and Public Transportation Security Act of 2007, provides that any person who makes a voluntary disclosure regarding suspicious activity that constitutes a possible threat to transportation security to appropriate security and law enforcement authorities shall be immune from civil liability for such disclosure.

The amendment protects any such disclosure relating to threats to transportation systems, passenger safety or security, or possible acts of terrorism.

The amendment also shields transportation systems and employees that take reasonable actions to mitigate perceived threats.

The amendment is retroactive to activities that took place on or after November 20, 2006 - the date of the Minneapolis incident involving six Islamic leaders who were removed from a U.S. Airways flight after they were observed acting suspiciously.

In fairness to John Conyers and Keith Ellison, though, we do not believe that either of them backed an amendment to require that box cutters be handed to passengers who claimed to need them for religious reasons, or that such passengers be allowed access to the cockpit during flight.

Typical Democrat. No different than Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, Clinton, Dirtbin, Conyers, Gore, Kennedy, all of them.

All the hatefilled Muslims fit right into the Dem party. The terrorist hordes fit right in with the Democratic party (til they take full power then those idiot Demonrats will lose their heads just as fast as those like our courageous President who has had the gall to hit the terrorists where it hurts and kill a few thousand of them with our superb soldiers doing the deed. Now we have them INSIDE the government at the height of power free to spread their idiotic satanic propaganda about our President.....and be rewarded by fellow Bush loathing Democrats.

IMPEACH ELLISON NOW!

The Reichstag fire required one man with a jerry can of gasoline and a match.

For 9/11 to have been an inside job would have required a conspiracy of over two thousand people from the President to the WTC janitors. Hundreds of these people would have had to agreed to plan their own deaths or those of friends, family or co-workers. It would have taken months, cost many millions of dollars, and have been carried out in total secrecy.

In short, anyone who draws the slightest parallel between the two events is either a lunatic or a despicable knowing liar. Such people are unworthy for any position of public trust.

"After the Reichstag was burned, they blamed the Communists for it and put the leader of that country (Hitler) in a position where he could basically have the authority to do whatever he wanted."

In the sense that a national treasure was attacked (real or hoax) by known enemies of the country, and the public opinion was such that it blessed Congress to authorize powers to our CiC to kick ass, I say "Great!"

A better analogy would be the Lusitania carrying munitions, when the Germans warned us it would be a target.
