Same outfit and hat and same background.
The eyes - the nose doesn’t seem to match between this 2004 Bin Laden video and this - presumably - 2007 footage.
What do you think ? Bad fake ?

I thought his last video was faked. I continue to believe that he was killed in Tora Bora and that he has been dead for years.

It is suspicious that the guy is wearing the same thing, from 2004 to 2007.
I suspect it is because the guys who staged the thing looked forward to fool people by wearing the same clothes.

the pic from 2007 is so phoney baloney anyone with slight intelligence can see that!
Maybe he went to a fine AFghan or Pakistani plastic surgeon! Maybe John Kerry flew him some Botox!
I agree about the nose. Looks flatter.
The whole thing looks like “a head” has been placed into a picture of the clothing. Definitely..no match!!
Several points in this photo;
1)The head is smaller on the right.
2)The head gear is smaller as well.
3)The face has addition wear and the skin is sagging.
4)The man on the right has narrower shoulders, a chest and overall body mass.
5)The skin tone on the man on the right is more tanned as well.
6)The button seem to be offset as well on the right.
I think at best it is a bad photo shop or a bad look alike at worst.
Not unless he flew a plastic surgeon into those caves in Pakistan and had an eyebrow lift.
But, hey if he can get dialysis there, anything is possible! :-)
Sure looks wrong to me.
LOL... even a beginner in Photoshop could fake that!
Look at these items and compare.
The line for the eyebrows is rounded instead of linear.
The cheekbones are lower on the right.
The lines around the nose are narrower.
The mouth is narrower.
the nose itself has a portion at the tip that is not apparent in the left photo.
Looks like a stand-in. A good one, but very flawed. If the voice print matches, I can only surmise a lot of plastic surgery or recovery from some injuries to the face.

It’s like the Sunday comic, “Kids, can you find six differences in these two pictures?”, only way too easy.
Not unless he’s been hosing down his beard with Just For Men. “No play for Mr. Grey” and all the rest.
Remember that toy that had a magnet and a ton of iron fileings? There was a guys face on it and you would make the iron filings into hair and a beard...Thats what that picture looks like.
OBL has more symmetry to his face. He’s prettier. The new guy is ugly and has no physical charisma.
I’m going with the theory that it’s a body double.
It’s the same picture from the Oct ‘04 video, IMO.
The exceptions are the beard has been digitally shortened and darkened. Because of the shortening of the beard, the white shirt had to be smudged in under the beard which is why it appears darker and blurry. Just my opinion though.
I know the last time I was looking for housing, I check a cave. I loved the space, architecture, energy efficiency etc. The only thing that was a deal breaker was the closet space. OBL may not have much in the way of wardrobe due to limited closet space....I’m just saying
His beard looks as bad as the one Tom Berenger wore in the movie “Gettysburg.”

The eyebrows in the latest picture are more arched & the bridge of the nose looks narrower to me.
Maybe it really isn't him at all.

Looks like the right eye has been injured or “sleepy”.
Just enlarging the photos and placing them closer together tells you all you need to know. I paint portraits and can see that the eyebrows arches are completely different. This is part of the bone structure of the face.
These are definitely two different people.
I could be wrong, although a number of FReepers and others have seen it, and say it's highly probable.

I was convinced it wasn’t him all day. I’m hyper-analytical and examined gestures, head tilt, eyebrow movement, vocal prosody, and more. I’m good at this stuff. I was sure it wasn’t him when examining the lo-res, shortened flash videos and the stills. The 2007 guy looked like a wax museum forge.
BUT, after downloading the full-length video from http://ia341242.us.archive.org/3/items/aqAQq/s.MPG?coral-no-serve, my mind was changed. The video is the full 26:26 minutes and 720x576. After reducing contrast and color saturation, which are both too high, the face doesn’t look so sunken and looks very much like Bin Laden. Also, you have to watch the two passages of motion video with his facial movement to pickup the character of his face. The still circulating looks wrong indeed, but the higher quality video does not look perverse like that with proper contrast. Bin Laden has a distinct penetrating gaze and mouth shape that you can see in many photographs, and the video captures these when viewed in motion with sufficient resolution and optimum settings.
My pulse is back to normal and I’ve resumed merely being upset at my government for everything else it’s screwing up.
A touch grey makes a man more distinquish.
Going from grey to dark is showing your trying to be younger....looks very vain to me.
