What do you Paulistinians get out of posting 20 pro Ron Paul threads a day here a Conservative website like FreeRepublic?

Is that supposed to keep his "Surrender 08'" tour afloat?

"Ron Paul should just go away."

And so should these Surrender-Monkey threads too.

After the Moveon.org crap, these Ron Paul threads are even more disgusting. Anti war nuts deserve things that I cannot mention at this time.

This man has been vented here and rejected, end of conversation, period.

Paul needs to shut the ____ up and go away. Any freeper who posts any article about Paul ever again should be banned for life.

I love it when people who never served a day in the military (not directing this comment at you, lormand) start calling people who did cowards.

I love it when people assume that, because one previously has served in the military, somehow that make them immune to being not only being wrong on the security of our nation, but also assumes a position exactly that of our enemies.

Murtha once served as a Marine, but I'm thinking you guys are allied with Murtha, so I guess it isn't a slime to you right?

OK, Benadict Arnold, Lee Harvey Oswald and others also served in our armed forces.

I agree. The odd Ron Paul thread here and there was fun for a while since his obsessed devotees are so funny to watch.

But this spamming action with ten Ron Paul threads a day is getting downright obnoxious.

Cut-and-run and isolationism are not FReeper values. This guy draws more supporters from Daily KOS, DU, Code Pink, etc. than some of the Democrat candidates do. It's no wonder he generated some enthusiasm in San Francisco. He's right up that little moonbatty alley.

The Paulestinians were entertaining for a bit, but they're fast wearing out their welcome here, IMO.

I do so love the FReepers (including the site host) who think that they are the real conservatives and that Ron Paul and his supporters are traitors. Nevermind that Paul is the only candidate who actually supports eliminating the Department of Education, IRS, income tax, and returning to a smaller government consistent with the Constitution. Go back a couple of decades, and pretty much all conservatives agreed with those things.

As for the drumbeat that those who are against the war in Iraq are somehow pacifist traitors (while these very same people opposed Clintonian war-mongering in Somalia and Bosnia), let me leave you with this rather interesting quote:

Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. ...Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.

Hermann Goering, 1945

So, do you believe that dedicated, real freepers are posting all the Paul threads just to have fun? It just seems like a conspiracy to me - painting freepers with a Paul brush - like he’s popular here - I’m thinking that democrats are doing this - deep cover democrat freepers???

Just Damn!

I just love the guilt-by-association argument you’re using to paint me as a lib. I’m a paleo-conservative. I’ve voted for exactly one Democrat in my entire life. It was a local judicial race, and I personally knew the Republican running, and he was a complete a-hole.

I’m politically to the right of just about everyone on FR. And I like Ron Paul. I also find Hunter and Tancredo acceptable. If anyone else gets the nomination, I’ll be in the position of having to vote for the lesser of two evils.

Hunter’s fence is one thing, but I prefer mass deportations and imprisoning the employers of illegals. Then put troops on the border and kill any sum-bitch that tries to cross it. Do I sound pinko to you?

Yes you do. The Communists did the same thing in the Soviet Union, Warsaw Pact nations, and East Berlin.

Hey, newbie, a "troll" is not just somebody who doesn't agree with you. You'll find that a huge majority of FReepers do not support Ron Paul in any size, shape or form.

While we know that most of you Paulenoids take pride in acting rude and condescending, we're all beginning to get a little tired of it.

Well dang, amigo, you got me. Let's see if I can play this game. Here's a post you made just yesterday:

"Sometimes, I'll see a post during the day, and then I'll see the same post in the evening on my own laptop and it will have an entirely different context with the picture(s) added. So I can see how the post would have looked out-of-whack to txradioguy and how all of the confusion began.

Dang, I guess that one was all about YOU! And incidentally, I don't come to FR and make 50 to 100 posts a day. Ever hear of internet addiction? Additionally, about half of your posts are on Ron Paul threads - your favorite hobby seem to be bashing Dr. Paul and his supporters. Obsessed much?

And the fact that I am to the right of most FReepers is simply a statement of fact, not a boast. So-called conservatives no longer seem to care about balanced budgets, smaller government, and a non-interventionist foreign policy (the same foreign policy that GWB ran on in 2000. Oh, I know - 9/11 changed all of that! Now how does Iraq figure into 9/11?) So yeah, it is possible to support Dr. Paul and be far more conservative than all of the big government "conservatives" who are currently running.

Ron Paul has support from all parts of the political spectrum, not just from the left. The blanket attempts to smear true conservatives as commies and code pinkos does not sit well with me.

LOL - you're just like CNN. That's so cute.

The post you reference of mine, that you took entirely out of context, was an attempt to smooth over a misunderstanding between two FReeper friends. I'm sure you're well aware of that and are just grasping at straws. Either that, or you're rather obtuse, but I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt.

And incidentally, I don't come to FR and make 50 to 100 posts a day.

I really don't care what you do or don't do. I don't aspire to be like you. You very likely have a lot more entertainment options than I do at present.

Ron Paul has support from all parts of the political spectrum, not just from the left.

ROFL! I'll just leave that one as is.

The blanket attempts to smear true conservatives as commies and code pinkos does not sit well with me.

We don't care. Last I looked, you are not the administrator or owner of this forum. And here's some more shocking news: It is not the objective of other people in this forum to please you or have things sit well with you.

If you don't like our calling attention to Paul's association with Truthers, Code Pink, MoveOn, etc. then don't come around here. You've got your Ron Paul forums where you can all worship together. We're all getting rather tired of you.

Well said. Ron Paul and his supporters pollute this forum all the time with their prolific defeatism and despair. They can rail at those of us who debunk them and their cult and call us Run Paul bashers, but they cannot demand we stop doing exposing him on this forum and get their way without our replies. They’d be much happier in a totalitarian world where their “great leader” goes unmocked. Here Run Paul will be mocked, debunked, laughed at, ridiculed, and exposed. They can accept it, or they can go away.
