This is a WorldNetDaily printer-friendly version of the article which follows.
"Progressive" political site DailyKos is urging Democrats in Michigan to cross over and vote for Gov. Mitt Romney in Tuesday's primary to keep the candidate in the GOP race and thereby ensure the Republicans continue "trashing each other."

They think Romney is the weak one?
So does that mean they think Fred is the strong candidate? If that is now the case, I’d have to agree with them. If they think it’s Huckabeta, they’d be wrong.

This is why Alaska has a closed primary. Neither side should meddle with the election process of the other.

Is this further proof that there is no difference between the Democratic candidates? No need even to vote. Any will do.

The Huckster would assure a 40 state Democrat sweep. A Romney win might actually give Fred a shot in South Carolina so the Dumbocrats aren’t thinking about the next move.

These people aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed. Romney would clearly be harder for Democrats to beat in November than Huckabee, despite what current head-to-head polls indicate.

It’s Fred or bust for me. If you think that Rudy or Huck is a better candidate then you need to go back and look at what you stand for.

Its Fred or bust for me. Me too. If either Rudy or Mitt are the nominee, I'm taking my vote somewhere else.

I could deal with Mitt, if only he could really decide what he stood for and stand by it for sure. I don’t quite trust him, but I’d rather have him than any of the Democratic candidates. Thompson would be ideal, though. I would love to see him up.

They don’t want their supporters to vote for Romney because they view him as the weakest candidate. They want the Republican candidates to continue their battle, trashing each other and using up resources in their primary battles.
If Romney wins Michigan, that will give a winning state to each of the top three: Huckabee in Iowa, McCain in New Hampshire, and Romney in Michigan. This will keep them battling. If McCain or Huckabee win Michigan, Romney may pull out.

Me too. I'll sit at home and have hot dogs if it's anyone other than Fred (or Duncan, but he seems out). And these "but you'll elect a Democrap" people can kiss my a**. No sir. I'm a Conservative. If we back some of these other fools we're idiots. The Conservative message and platform has never been considered popular or "electable" but that's nonsense. We've seen true Conservative candidates not only get elected but stomp the competition.
Other's can buy into the "move to the middle" (aka left) nonsense if they want to. But it's B.S. and I'll have no part of it.

Not likely if Romney remains no. 1 or no. 2 in the delegate count.

Primaries should be closed, period. Party declarations should also precede the primaries by 30 days; no more than 1 switch per year allowed. THEN when people vote they should have to show a valid govt-issue ID and dip their fingers in purple ink.
Any open primary/caucus results at this point should not count. And,for once I am cheering Kucinich for challenging the primary in New Hampshire.

If McCain or Huckabee wins Michigan, and Romney pulls out, then Fred Thompson has little chance of winning South Carolina. And the Republicans have even less chance of nominating someone who will roll over for the Dumbocrat agenda.
I, for one, ain't gonna vote for open borders and socialism-lite.

Not surprising at all to me. Mitt is a chameleon. If he is the republican nominee many conservatives might stay home or vote third party because they don’t trust what he says.

Im no Romney fan but Romney isnt exactly the candidate that would be easiest to beat. You've gotta be jokin' jack. The Romulan is the perfect set up for a 45-state blitz by the Dems. He'd carry only Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, and perhaps Idaho, maybe one other state. It will be the worst Republican defeat since Goldwater v. LBJ/Hoover v. FDR; and just consider what those defeats cost--Socialistic Security (now going broke), Medicare (going broker), welfare entitlements, high taxes, higher crime, and liberal judges somewhere to the left of Karl Marx that will let the criminals out again to prey on society!
It took the Republicans 16 years (from 1964 to 1980) to recover from the last Democratic sweep. It will take even longer should the Romulan ever get the nod.

Personally I don’t think anyone in the top 3 really has much of a chance against the democrats anyway. Its kind of a moot point to me but I gave the opinion.

Well, I can admire that. John and Fred are the best we can come up with right now. Hopefully if McCain wins the nomination he will be prepared for the Hildibeast. Of course in a fashion that does not include implosion.
