ARE YOU A COMMUNIST MR. BUSH?

YES! I AM!!! This would be the answer if the question had been submitted before the collapse of Soviet Union! That does come out this conclusion for the current Prime Minister of U.S.A.? Simply Mr. Bush today, follows the vision of Stalin and Titos for taking territories from Greece following dance floor their dark drawing! The pseudonym state, nation and the language of Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia was Stalin’s dream. Stalin and Tito they manufacture then in August 1944 this state "in the frames of Yugoslavian Federation. They rename from VARDARSKA in" Macedonia "and mainly" they baptize "" Macedonian ' nation "the' mosaic of his population that is constituted by Bulgarian, Serb, Greek, Albanians and other nationalities. With core the name of state, they drew the nation as direct descendants of Alexander the grate. They call their state as -- free Macedonia --and they present enslaved Macedonia it has been occupied by the Greeks!!! They dream the exit in the Aegean see with the plan of Stalin to take Greek territories and the creation of independent state with the name<>, something that they report also in their constitution, as also and in all the propaganda organizations that have recently set up the last fifty years in the abroad and in internet. And they imagine Thessalonica-the second bigger city of Greece- future capital of the independent state! And all this propaganda him they record in their school books with result the current generation has grown in this communistic lie, this dangerous poison! The U.S.A. reacted in 1944 in the dark drawings of communists, because they occupied the "gulf of" Stalin. "Our government , said then the American MINISTER of foreign affairs Edward Stettinious at 26 of December 1944 considers" that each discussion about' Macedonian "nation", Macedonian "homeland" or Macedonian "national conscience" constitutes unjustifiable demagoguery and does not correspond in no national or political reality. And consider her present resurgence as likely cloak of aggressive intentions against Greece» Them said then the American politicians, the friends and allies, which helped with the drawing of patriot of general Marshall in 1947 it is deterred via the violence of destroy Greece with the aid of Greek army in the battles with the Communists rebels in the Greek mountains! Then, his Communists rebels helped the Tito and the up to that hour friend of Stalin. The Greek patriots, they helped the friends Americans. The tragedy is that now Mr. Bush it wants it maintains this communistic monstrosity and in particular wants him puts in the NATO with the stolen from the Greeks historical name < < Macedonia >>! It wants makes reality the dream of Stalin and Tito! The American chairman must support the right on 55 continuous years of friend and ally of Greek population! What Mr. Bush does? He supports their up to ago few years’ enemies’ communists! Why are you doing this Mr. Bush? They were the residents of Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia that they fought with the American soldiers in Korea or the Greek soldiers? Always did the Greeks stand by side in the Americans, today why their chairman, but also Lady Hilary Clinton from the Democrats, don't do the same? Could the chairman of U.S.A. rectify the damage that has made up to now in Greek nation, if himself said the truth in a interview of press or the minister of his abroad, that is to say the current residents of Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia do not have no relation with the Ancient Macedonians, are Slavs and stops this Communistic fairy tale that they believe. As they ask the historians of abroad and the archaeologists in order to they learn the real History! Such statement, perhaps them upset also them made wonder for up to now erroneous attitude and regular toys… Perhaps...

How about this?

Why don’t you propose a name for the Country-Improperly-Known-As-Macedonia?

Think of something catchy, easy to say, that the people who live there would like.

Or, you could just relax and stop worrying. Nobody is going to mistake slavic Macedonia for Greek Macedonia. Isn’t going to happen. People call themselves whatever they want to. People understand that New Mexico is a US state, and has nothing to do with Mexico. New England is a US region, and has no current ties to England. We call ourselves US of America, and we manage not to get confused with South America. Somehow it all just works out.

As Babelfish translations go, it’s certainly not the worst and one of the best I’ve seen. THe wonderful thing about this rant is not the content (it’s the standard stuff for Eastern European/Islamic/Meditteranean/Arab unemployed men in shirtsleeves at cafe tables, smoking, smoking, and more smoking as they drink endless cups of tea or Ouzo, or whatever keeps them going enough to “discuss politics” , and it’s what makes them picturesque enough to get them into the newsweeklies, and National Geographic, always with a caption like “the men of the village gather daily at these little sidewalk cafes and will talk politics passionately, sometimes into the wee hours.” )
This thing though, seems about half-thought and written-out
in broken English, and half done through the filter of some automatic translation service like Babelfish. On that basis alone, it’s priceless.

If this is what passes for a teacher in Greece, then their educational system is even worse than ours.

By studying the poster's statement you quoted, I have come up with an answer!!

Ouzo!! Drinking a sufficient quantity (perhaps a fifth in 4 hours??) of ouzo will cause this sort of thinking.
