Sources close to Arianna Huffington are claiming just that. Arianna Huffington is currently on book tour for her new political tome Right Is Wrong: How The Lunatic Fringe Hijacked America, Shredded The Constitution, And Made Us All Less Safe. She's booked all over CNN, ABC, and CBS (but not Fox News Channel because she chose not to go on there). And NBC? Well, one insider says she was booked on Keith Olberman and Morning Joe to talk about her tome -- and then unbooked.
" Arianna's accolytes are pointing the finger at Tim Russert, well known to be ridiculously thin-skinned, for blackballing her internally at NBC and not permitting her on any of the NBC network or cable outlets.
NBC did confirm to me that Arianna Huffington won't be booked on any of the NBC network or cable shows past or present or future for her book.
So what does Huffington say about Russert in her tome?
-- Russert's July 1, 2007, Meet The Press interview with Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff "was about as priapic a display as you're ever likely to see outside of a porno film or the monkey cage at the zoo, with Russert desperately trying to get Chertoff to pump up the panic meter..."

So she decries Meet The Press for not being hard enough on their guests yet will not make an appearance on the one network that does exactly that? Can you say hypocrite?

Fox has devolved from a legitimate conservative alternative to being a news oriented version of E!.
Glenn Beck on CNN, of all places, would be a much tougher challenge for Huffington.

1) Saddam will never have nuclear weapons.
2) During the Bush Admin, Lybia gives up nuclear weapons program.
3) During Bush Admin the black market (from Pakistan) for nuclear weapons technology is broken up.
4) During Bush Admin North Korea begins to dismantle nuclear weapons program.
5) During Bush Admin Syria's nuclear program destroyed.
6) During Bush Admin, Iran boxed in on both sides (Afghanistan & Iraq) by coalition forces.
Her only claim to fame is the money she soaked her millionaire gay husband for at the divorce. As far as Russert is concerned, he has Obama on the next Sunday. I’ll bet anything that it will be a love fest full of softball questions.
The last thing I read from that scumbag was some crybaby commentary in which she bemoaned liberal Democrat newsrooms for hiring token conservatives. Friggin puh-lease.... Will Huffington’s 15 minutes be up already so she can go away? Being dumped by your husband for a man shouldn’t get you a second more than that.

That may be the reason she turned into a Liberal. She knows that Liberals dominate the media and she doesn't want to see herself being made fun on on SNL and everywhere else. Freepers do some hilarious stuff about Zsa Zsa here, but Freepers don't have a tv channel.
It could be that the book really sucks, and the only reason it is getting on the other networks is because it sticks it to NBC.
After all, Arianna is not all that bright. The chance of this book being at all worthy is vanishingly small.
