Melanie Phillips is a particularly brave person. Why? First, she is writing for a British publication and the Europeans are so smitten with Obama that they are all envious of the United States for having the Messiah as someone who can lead them to the promised land. So she is taking her marketability and throwing it away. Heresy is once again a crime in Europe.

My oh my, what a firestorm I appear to have started with my remarks two days ago on Obama’s background! It was wholly expected, of course, but nevertheless the posters’ comments are so revealing. They graphically illustrate the way in which Obamania has quite obviously destroyed the capacity for reason.

First, it is quite clear that any questioning at all of Obama’s background is entirely off-limits. Next, the posters fail totally to grasp that the real point isn’t what faith he professed or was brought up in as a child – it is the fact that he has not told the truth about his early background. Then, some even compare such questioning with the ‘truthers’ who allege that 9/11 was perpetrated by a conspiracy between America and Israel. They thus demonstrate that they cannot tell the difference between rationality and lunacy, evidence and fantasy, failing to grasp that the sole reason for the questions about Obama is the many discrepancies in the accounts of his early life -- including his own accounts -- plus his many questionable associations.

This little snippet in the Virginian Pilot (Pravda was a beacon of journalistic truth and technical prowess compared to the local rag). It was from today's editorial page in which the editors reprint items from the Liberal to the Socialist blogs and papers. This one was penned by Mo Dowd, who, having received her marching orders from the "wunderkind" running the NY Times into the ground, makes sure we know what we are not allowed to say when we speak of God Himself.

Obama's ardent followers are not swayed by logic, reason, or truth, regardless of his positions, his gaffes, his past, or his associations. To them he is an idol.

Nothing you can say or do will convince these people otherwise...


Because I am the one they and I have been waiting for...and I am lovin' it.

Those wild-eyed people represent the millions of Americans raised in the government day-care and indoctrination centers we call public schools who did not have, or would not listen to, parents and others who tried to counterweight the propaganda they heard at school...who have been raised on 60 second sound bite time spans and know no better.

You have other tens of millions on the dole who will vote for him regardless of position because he promises to keep pilfering the public largess for them.

Still othes of millions will vote for him simply because he is black, not caring to hear or look at his actual positions.

Other millions will vote for him because they know exactly who he is and what he represents and agree with his anti-American positions.

The first three are all what is termed, useful idiots, a term coined by Lennin for the dupes he got to support him.

Against this it is left to us to educate, arouse, and amass the tens of millions of Americans, of all races and creeds, who understand and hold fast to the foundational principles our constitutional republic rests upon...many of them the bitter, rural Americans clinging to their guns and religion that Obama so arrogantly spoke of.

Finally, understand that this is not the first time in history that rock-star, messianic status has been conferred on a populist, charismatic individual in order to hand them the reigns of power. Although there are many critical differences, still it is important when you consider the danger that this candidate poses to American foreign policy, our economy, our social fabric, and to the war we are fighting against fanatical Islamic Jihad terrorists, to note the following comparison:

A populsitic, charismatic, self-serving individual has a way of mesmerizing foolish people looking for an idol...then and now.

Barack Hussein Obama is the apex of the hate-America, domestic enemy in this country. His election as president would be the greatest coup any enemy has ever scored against this country and could easily lead to the worst, horrific disaster in our nation's history.

It's amazing that there are so many people who are easily duped by some chump who trumpets change. They don't know what kind of change he has in store but who needs details? It would be beautiful if facts came out that proved Berry was an Iranian/Venezuelian plant. That would make liberals look real stupid but I'm sure they would ignore it as usual.

I played some some of the You Tube clips for a democrats at work. She laughed and uttered, ‘this guy is worse than Bush.’ She then quickly corrected herself. You can’t argue with You Tube when trying to show someone’s true words.
