So let me get this straight. If you're an Islamic radical and blow up innocent people, you go to paradise and are blessed with a harem of 72 virgins. Somehow, I think Muhammad is full of beans and so does "Geeks On Caffeine!" Check out this toon! Just to be clear, the Koran does not promise 72 virgins. It promises 100 virgins (72 female and 28 little boys).
That's the fact. Ask a Muslim what they plan on doing with their little boys.

As to the theme of the cartoon, wouldn't you think the radicals might ask how so many virgins died so young? After all, 72 each time a radical blows himself up? I'd think that would be a pretty hard sell (i.e., "Blow yourself up and I'll see you get permission to defoliate 72 women, even though we don't allow it down here on Earth...trust me!")
And what do the female radicals get when they blow themselves up? Do they get nothing except the chance to become one of the 72 for the next radical who shows up? I'd think that'd be a hard sell, too. But then, I kinda think blowing up innocent women and children--who also happen to share your same faith--doesn't make much sense from the get-go. I guess they just have a much more distorted sense of religion...or cultism...than I do.

Why would we want to? The author is a pretty good cartoonist, but there’ve been 10,000 better variations of that joke on Free Republic already...
