It is impressed into the paper creating a crimped in pattern that is easy to see, easy to feel, and difficult to copy.

The other factors are influencing peripheral facts in that direction, most of which tend to disprove not prove he is a natural born American qualified to be president.

ALSO - what about the Philadelphia lawsuit asking for him to prove this or cease and desist?

AND - will someone please confirm that if we are in a state of war at the time of elections, the elections can be postponed or suspended by Presidential edict?

It is extremely unlikely that the President would ever suspend national elections even during a war. It never happened in any war. Even when the national capital was under attack or threat of attack. G-d forbid we ever experience a massive nuclear attack — that alone, and a massive one, not just a one or two nukes, but many — might cause a suspending of a national election.

Legally, yes. Not being a 'natural born' citizen is a total show stopper. zerObama would have no fall back position. NOTHING can be done to fix it.

From a practical political standpoint, all that needs to happen is to demonstrate to the electorate that he cannot be trusted. If he deliberately lies about his name, what can we trust him to tell the truth about? Anything else they learn about his character is icing on the cake. For starters, if he changed his name as an adult, why did he chose a muslim name, if he's sooooo not a muslim? Either way he's a phony.

They guy who brought it seems to be quite the flake. I think it will be dismissed out-of-hand, and will vaccinate zerObama against other lawsuits long enough to get on the ballot everywhere.

I think that it could be done in theory. In practice? No. It's never been done even when the country was torn in two. If the current occupant of the White House tried it? I hesitate to imagine what the moonbats would do.

Don’t waste your time. I have no intention of catching up. I was brought here by the post above mine. I didn’t just arrive here after 8 weeks.

I’ve seen thread after thread after thread on Obama’s birth certificate forgery. I don’t have to read this particular thread. I have little further interest until something concrete and indisputable comes up. The only such event thus far is the suit filed in court in the last day by Phillip Berg, a Clinton supporter, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I’m not interested in speculation.

And my post about FReepers claiming McCain ineligibility stands. I have proof to back it up.

Go find something more rewarding to do.
