Neil Abercrombie will say anything. he'll promote anything and destroy anyone who challenges him. He's the Perfect A... ahh, Democrat.

He's visiting here to run for Governor ( and at the same time trying to overturn Hawaiian law that denies the use of his Congressional Campaign war chest of about a million bucks in his gubernatorial campaign.) He'll be promoting the Gay Agenda that's resurrected itself after a resounding defeat a decade ago, the Anti War and Code Pink (while he sits on the United States House Committee on Armed Services) and changing the Bush policies of Welfare Reform.....ala the late Patsy Mink. (After all....a Cargo Cult can always be improved).

Lt. Governor 'Duke' Aiona shows up for these on our side of the road.

Obama and Abercrombie followers are on the other side.

Aloha BIGLOOK! I actually get a chuckle out of reading the comments posted after the stories they post at the websites. The story at “The Honolulu Advertiser” is decidedly different than the one at “The Star Bulletin” so I took the time to read through the majority of the 60 comments (before my computer froze up) and got my laughs for the day, especially at all the people pointing out the difference between what Hippie Dippie Neil says and what he does! I really laughed when someone said, “Neil, go sit down on the beach, relax, and smoke a few joints, you aren’t doing any good for anyone but yourself. Time to retire.” LOL

Time for some fun. Robert Duvall is one of my favorite actors. I can only watch “The Great Santini” about once a decade. Too gut wrenching.

But back to the subject at hand:

http://media1.suntimes.com/multimedia/duvall-robert_cst_feed_20070907_19_14_54_1239-400-282.imageContent

Picture of Duvall with caption: “Robert Duvall in “Lonesome Dove.” Barack Obama is distantly related to him. “ from Chicago Sun Times

Next:
http://defamer.gawker.com/5064169/robert-duvall-on-obama-weve-got-to-keep-this-guy-out-of-the-white-house

Headline reads: Robert Duvall on Obama: ‘We've Got To Keep This Guy Out of the White House’

But the icing on the cake:

Robert Duvall is a direct descendant of Robert E Lee (through his mother).

Sooooo....wonder how obama feels being distantly related to Robert E Lee? Did he mention that fact at the Alfalfa Club Dinner, Honoring Confederate General Robert E. Lee?

Who’s confused now obama? On that I shall say 'Goodnight All!'

For a hack writer doing a story about Democrats, “four decades” is close enough to 47 years. I wouldn’t make such a big thing over it; it’s OK by her sloppy journalistic standards. Her loyalties are clearly demonstrated by her matter-of-fact description of her Messiah as “the Hawaii-born candidate.”

I never heard of Barack Obama until he gave his keynote address at the 2004 DNC. The only reason I watched it was becuase the media was going on about him like he's the next JFK and who is "being groomed" to run for President in 2012.

After listening to him talk and watching his body language and facial expressions, his arrogance, posturing, and empty rhetoric, I thought, "Nah...he's just an empty suit and it put me off. Yet, seeing how much the Dems were going ga-ga over him that I thought, "Watch, they're not going to wait until 2012. They'll stick him on the ticket as Hillary's Vice-President in 2008." Well, right year, wrong half of the ticket."

But, the one thing in his speech that really bothered me was when he recited this line from "Dreams of My father":

"If there's an Arab American family being rounded up without benefit of an attorney or due process, that threatens my civil liberties."

"How does that threaten his civil liberties?," I said to myself, "He's African-American, so why does he sound like he's a spokesperson for Arab-Americans? Like someone from CAIR (a Muslim advocacy group who also supports Hamas and are apologists for Islamic terrorism) who claimed these things happened after 9/11.

Actually, with a name like Barack Hussein Obama, can you blaim me

Why did he leave Kenya 4 months before the other students? There has to be a reason, and that also explains why there is a birth year but no date for Auma. Kezia was pregnant with Auma when he left Kenya; was he in some kind of trouble and got out before he was jailed?

What about the photo at the dock? When was it taken? Was Sr. arriving in Hawaii from the Mainland?

That's a mystery. There are sailors in that picture. If it was on arrival, and the leis and welcoming committee suggest that it was, then it appears he came by ship, maybe a freighter. The young blacks in the image may have been crew. I can't imagine what sailors and young blacks would have been doing at an airport farewell, can you?

If at departure for the mainland, where are his wife and child? Oh, whoops! For a moment there I almost swallowed the myth that they married and obama snr was the father...

July 7, 1935: Moscow orders first Communists to Hawaii

When the USSR collapsed in 1991, long-secret archives of the Communist International were thrown open to western researchers for the first time. Many previously unknown details of communist history have been revealed—including the 1935 Comintern orders directing Communists to begin work in Hawaii. These were uncovered by veteran researcher Herbert Romerstein in Moscow.

The other day David suggested that perhaps Obama and Ann went to Kenya to be married since he knew it couldn’t be a legal marriage in the US. Then after the wedding he left Ann there with his family and returned to Hawaii by himself to continue his classes. So is occurred to me that if it is Dunham in the picture standing next to him, he could according to this scenario be welcomming his son-in-law back to Hawaii and giving him a ride to whereever he was living at the time. Even if her parents were not exactly thrilled with their situation, they could have decided that they would try to make the best of it and try to accept Sr. as a member of their family. Then after Jr was born she could fly back by way of Vancouver, make her way down to Seattle and visit her friends. I know this is all conjecture but it is a possible explanation for Dunham’s appearance and position in the picture.

from your link:

Hall would eventually lead the ILWU which was controlled by the Communist Party and which would in turn control the Democratic Party. Ariyoshi would edit the ILWU’s communist-line Honolulu Record from 1948-58. Both Hall and Ariyoshi would be among the 1953 “Honolulu Seven” Smith Act defendants. In 1948 Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis would arrive from Chicago and become a Honolulu Record columnist under Ariyoshi. Davis would from 1970-79 become a mentor to the young Barack Obama.

Well, that pretty tells us what Stanley Armour Dunham was, doesn't it? He handed obama over to Davis to be mentored in the 'finer arts of communism...'

Communists’ interest in African-Americans stemmed from their presumption that blacks oppressed by the Democrats’ Jim Crow segregation were more likely to serve Soviet interests.

Just one year after arriving, Davis spearheaded Communist efforts to take over the Honolulu branch of the NAACP. A 1949 letter sent by Honolulu NAACP Chair Edward Berman to NAACP acting National Secretary Roy Wilkins describes Davis’ work:

“I (Berman) was at one of the election meetings at which one Frank Marshall Davis, formerly of Chicago (and formerly editor of the Chicago Communist paper, the Star) suddenly appeared on the scene to propagandize the membership about our ‘racial problems’ in Hawaii. He had jut sneaked in here on a boat, and presto, was an ‘expert’ on racial problems in Hawaii. Comrade Davis was supported by others who had recently ‘sneaked’ into the organization with the avowed intent and purpose of converting it into a front for the Stalinist line....

...Already, scores of Negro members were frightened away from these meetings because of the influx of this element. Only by a reorganization with a policy that will check this infiltration, can we hope to get former members back into a local NAACP branch. We are going to have to have that authority over here-otherwise you’ll have a branch exclusively composed of yelping Stalinists and their dupes-characters who are more concerned about the speedy assassination of Tito (Yugoslav communist dictator who had just broken with the USSR) than they are about the advancement of the colored people of these United States.”

“...In 1955, Ann Dunham had moved with her parents from Dorado, Kansas, to the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. (It has been alleged that Ann Dunham’s father, Stanley Armour Dunham, had been suspected of espionage during World War II and that Boeing has a 1944 security file on Dunham in connection with suspected sabotage of B-17 aircraft at its Wichita, Kansas plant, and the theft of B-29 blueprints which made their way to the German intelligence agency, the Abwehr. Those suspicions may have prompted Dunham to move his family from Kansas to Washington.)...”

15] Dunham, missing her family, then moved back to Hawaii[17] and filed for divorce in Honolulu in January 1964. Obama Sr. did not contest, and the divorce was granted.[14]

He visited his son only once, in 1971, when Barack was 10 years old.[15]

When he was visiting friends in Hawaii for a reunion. Not a reunion with his 'son'.

Was Stanley left-handed?

Well that is really hard to say but since all the sailor types are black, perhaps he came back by ship (cheaper) rather than plane and they are crew members that he befriended on the way. The rest of them could be friends from the university that were glad to have him back. Maybe they heard about the wedding and planned a surprise party for him and Ann—they could have been expecting her to return with him. He’s wearing a huge pile of leis so maybe because she wasn’t there, they put them all on him. Of course maybe all of this is completely wrong about her staying in Kenya and she’s the one who is taking the picture after a return from getting married in Maui. There could have been more pictures taken which include her with him but they were either lost or not released for some reason. There’s a lot of ways to interpret pictures. We will never know unless someone else in the picture sees it and offers an explanation. Is it possible that Ambercombie or one of Sr’s other known friends could be in this picture? Is there any way to find pictures of what they looked like when they were college boys to compare with this picture?

Apparently one can get biographical information about her here:

http://www.hoovers.com/hawaii-department-of-health/—ID__159129—/free-co-factsheet.xhtml

I considered signing up for the free search but I did that once with Ancestry and it seemed to take forever for me to convince them that I only wanted the trial offer so I don’t do this anymore. But maybe some one here might be willing to do it or know someone who probably has this kind of access that can look it up. I know there are people on FR and other “right” blogs that seem to be able to find biographical information about just about anybody almost instantly.

On both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, black leaders recognized the need for aid to African education. With the encouragement of American civil rights leaders such as A. Philip Randolph, the Kenyan Tom Mboya organized the African-American Students Foundation (aasf), which awarded Kenyan students scholarships for study in the United States. This photograph shows the Kenyan students arriving at Idlewild Airport in New York in September 1959 as participants in the first “African Airlift.” Courtesy Library of Congress, Manuscript Division, Jackie Robinson Papers.

The baseball legend Jackie Robinson, who backed efforts to bring African students to the United States, greets the first “African Airlift” arrivals in New York in September 1959. Robinson later urged presidential candidate Richard M. Nixon to support the 1960 airlifts, appealing to Nixon’s interest in courting black voters in the upcoming election. I don’t think it is a rerurn from wedding picture, somehow. I think it is a greeting from a ship voyage, not plane, and why are all those offiicial type people there - frinstance, the local HI women, and men in aloha shirts? If they were all greeting 0bama Sr and his new wife (with or without baby), someone would have spoken up and remembered about “when they came back from getting married”. Unless it was from getting married in Kenya, then all such comments would have been deep sixed...

Since no one remembers ever seeing 0bama Sr and Ann together for any reason whatsoever, I just don’t think it is a “return from getting married” photo. Photos memorializing such an event would have both of the happy couple in them, not a supposed father in law. Of course, others may have been taken and lost, but it seems more realistic that this is a photo of another event. If it was a return from getting married photo, most likely all photos would have had the happy couple.

This reply also applies to #7325

Her signature on her photo and in her friend's yearbook was not done by the same hand that signed both divorce papers. The only way that the divorce paper signatures would be hers is if her writing hand was afflicted with some kind of neuromuscular disorder, and/or she started writing with her other hand.

Makes for a whole different thought process if he knew of Obama when he just arrived to the island then, huh?

Needs a whole chapter in his book... /sarc

The man is such an incredible fraud. As much as people have researched to find the truth, I am sure there is so much more that will shock the tar out of us when it is finally discovered. (to use a strange analogy...)

Yusuf Acar, 40, who has worked in the technology office since 2004, was charged with bribery, conspiracy, money laundering and conflict of interest. Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Hibarger told a federal judge that Acar is a flight risk because agents seized $70,000 in cash in his house and because in recorded conversations, he boasted that he could easily flee to his native Turkey. Acar also told the informant that he could use computers to create fake D.C. birth certificates, Hibarger said.

He’s already lied about signing statements,
after blasting Pres. Bush about them when
he was campaigning, but **listen** and
bookmark his statements at the end about
the Constitution.

This silver-tongued socialist ideologue would
and will pay a dime to lie if telling the truth
is free.

For posterity to the thread:

52 days, 52 mistakes

Let me count them up, in no particular order. Some are big. Some are small.

We all make mistakes. Here’s his:

1. A do-over on the oath of office.
2. Tim Geithner.
3. Bill Richardson.
4. Tom Daschle.
5. Eric “Nation of Cowards” Holder.
6. Leon Panetta.
7. Arne “Cappuccino” Duncan.
8. Hilda Solis (OK, her husband has the tax liens).
9. Nancy Killefer.
10. Charles Freeman Jr.
11. Ron Kirk.
12. Adolfo Carrion.
13. Banning offshore oil again.
14. Letting Nancy Pelosi write the $787 billion “stimulus’ plan.
15. Relying on Tim Geithner to explain it.
16. It is a $13-a-week stimulus, or as his wife said of Bush’s plan: “You’re getting $600. What can you do with that? Not to be ungrateful or anything. But maybe it pays down a bill, but it doesn’t pay down every bill every month.”
17. Going to a press conference without a TelePrompTer. I… Uhh… Umm… Could you repeat the question?
18. Using a TelePrompTer at a press conference. Big boys don’t need training wheels.
19. “Good evening, everybody. Please be seated. Before I take your questions tonight, I’d like to speak briefly.” 1,228 words later he took his first question.
20. Going after Rush Limbaugh.
21. Going after Rick Santelli.
22. Going after Jim Cramer.
23. “Never waste a good crisis.”
24. Obama supporter Warren Buffett: “I don’t think anybody on December 7th would have said a ‘war is a terrible thing to waste, and therefore we’re going to try and ram through a whole bunch of things and — but we expect to — expect the other party to unite behind us on the — on the big problem.’ It’s just a mistake, I think.”
25. Writing a love letter to Vlad and Dmitry.
26. Putting Poland under the bus.
27. Putting Tibet under the bus.
28. Putting Israel under the bus.
29. Taking Cuba out from under the bus.
30. Having his tax cheat go after the tax cheats in Switzerland. Cognitive dissonance.
31. “Karzai has a bunker mentality.”
32. Iran has plans to Marine One helicopters.
33. “I won.”
34. BlackBerry singing in the middle of the night/ Take these golden secrets and learn to fly…
35. Obama: “If Congress passes our plan, this company will be able to rehire some of the folks who were just laid off.” CEO: No. There will be more layoffs.
36. DVDs to Gordon Brown.
37. “You can’t take a trip to Las Vegas or go down to the Super Bowl on the taxpayers’ dime.” Vegas convention bookings nosedive.
38. Wagyu.
39. Reset/overcharge button given to Russia.
40. Taking a 4-day holiday weekend before signing “emergency” legislation.
41. “I did think it might be useful to point out that it wasn’t under me that we started buying a bunch of shares of banks. It wasn’t on my watch. And it wasn’t on my watch that we passed a massive new entitlement — the prescription drug plan — without a source of funding. And so I think it’s important just to note when you start hearing folks throw these words around that we’ve actually been operating in a way that has been entirely consistent with free-market principles and that some of the same folks who are throwing the word ’socialist’ around can’t say the same.”
42. Stiffing Chicago for nearly $2 million for that Election Night par-tay.
43. Caroline Kennedy.
44. Bombing Pakistan.
45. Sending the bust of Sir Winston Churchill back to the British.
46. “President Obama has accomplished more in 30 days than any president in modern history.”
47. A window is not a door.
48. Doctors must perform abortions.
49. Signing earmarks while denouncing them.
50. Adding signing statements while denouncing them.
51. Quadrupling the deficits, while denouncing them.
52. Missing the Gridiron Club dinner.

But be of good cheer. He has 1,409 days left to make up for his stumbles out of the starting gate.

Yeh—

perhaps that’s what that quik-trip to Hawaii was all about—Grandma may have had some embarrassing original documents stashed away in a dresser drawer, etc. No more....

“I never heard of Barack Obama until he gave his keynote address at the 2004 DNC. The only reason I watched it was because the media was going on about him like he's the next JFK and who is “being groomed” to run for President in 2012.
After listening to him talk and watching his body language and facial expressions, his arrogance, posturing, and empty rhetoric, I thought, “Nah...he's just an empty suit and it put me off. Yet, seeing how much the Dems were going ga-ga over him that I thought, “Watch, they're not going to wait until 2012. They'll stick him on the ticket as Hillary's Vice-President in 2008.” Well, right year, wrong half of the ticket.”

But, the one thing in his speech that really bothered me was when he recited this line from “Dreams of My father”:

“If there's an Arab American family being rounded up without benefit of an attorney or due process, that threatens my civil liberties.”

“How does that threaten his civil liberties?,” I said to myself, “He's African-American, so why does he sound like he's a spokesperson for Arab-Americans? Like someone from CAIR (a Muslim advocacy group who also supports Hamas and are apologists for Islamic terrorism) who claimed these things happened after 9/11.

Actually, with a name like Barack Hussein Obama, can you blame me?”

Certainly don't blame you! I also remember another quote that truly frightens me: “I have to side with Justice Breyer’s view of the Constitution—that it is not a static but rather a living document and must be read in the context of an ever-changing world.”

I can not and will not ever refer to Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro as my President. He is nothing but a ursurper who hates America!
