Summary: AMAZING ANIMATION, Shame they wasted it on rank socialist agitprop
TOPICS: Government; Music/Entertainment; Politics
KEYWORDS: blameamericafirst; culturewar; elite; hollywood; hypocrisy; leftist; starkravingsocialism; thegreenmenace
Summary: AMAZING ANIMATION, Shame they wasted it on rank socialist agitprop KUDOS TO THE WORKER'S IN THE UTOPIAN Disney FACTORY who toiled and sweat and shared their animation genius with their employer who is known for paying slave wages while "OWNING" those who are desperate enough to sign with them. WALL E was like Chinese water torture to watch. Give me "water boarding" any time over this dastardly heap of Communist propaganda. Do not allow a child to see this film without first warning their vulnerable, blank canvas minds that what they are about to see is a sinister attempt to lure unsuspecting children and doltish adults into the "Big Lie" about Eco-Geo politics (global rule) by using a benign and lovable machine as the steward of their crafty, fear mongering message. While the United States is the global leader in pro environmental technology the American hating Bolshevim who produced Wall E knowingly and deliberately used America and the American flag to assign blame for global destruction. America's Olympic athletes who have trained in good, clean American fresh air and water head to China where the air quality is 5X the unacceptable level and the water that the rowing teams will attempt to row is thick enough to stand on. Not one single whisper about China's Eco-crimes against humanity nor even a raise eyebrow to the 100% nuclear France and Brazil. Still, those sick and feckless movie makers who fly on private jets, have multiple 40 room residences (many of which are UNOCCUPIED most of the year) , with heated pools, staff, air conditioning, heat and "accent lighting" that consumes more energy than the average family who need light for plain old light's sake. How many miles to a gallon does a Rolls Royce get? I believe it is around 10 miles/gallon. If you haven't figured it out yet, Wall E is really inspired by a guilt complex for those who live like swine in grotesque excess. Yes, the monster that Disney is pointing a finger at is Disney ITSELF! How much garbage do Disney's multiple global properties produce? How long will it take the millions of tons of money making merchandise and post consumption refuse, (Plastic dolls, excessive packaging, Romanesque Bacchanals at "Pleasure Island" etc...) to disintegrate in a landfill? You got it, what Wall E the movie is projecting is the guilt the mass marketing Disney moguls feel for their own obscene wealth and consumption. It would not be so frightening if there were not a virtual state sponsored Eco-religious movement plaguing the free world. Wake up folks, they are after your kids minds. Independent thinking is forbidden and thoughtful and factual dissent against the "climate change" fanatics is practically illegal. Wake up. You can be certain that whatever freedom limiting global governance the Eco-fascists establish in the name of "saving the world" will NOT apply to the very elite who are causing any real or imagined crisis. Can't you see it, for you a Rickshaw, for them a limousine. For you a "living pod" or cubicle for them the 40 room mansions. For you mass transit, for them heliports. The future is here and Wall E is no laughing matter. The real shame is that the masses of audiences who sat clueless to the not so hidden eco agenda are the real robots. Be very afraid.

Since we regularly take the kiddies to the movies, we have been seeing the hype for Wall-E for at least a year (it seems like 20).
The film failed to meet expectations. Some of the animation was sort of cool, but it wasn’t enough to carry the show. It was just annoying.
Reminded me of “Happy Feet,” which was cute to look at and had some fun music scenes. But the enviro wacko crap was too much to bear and the storyline was just depressing.

30 minutes into the movie my kids were begging to leave.Even my 9 year old recognized it as just another Global Warming propaganda piece without all the lively powerpoints.
We went and saw Get Smart after it.....Best movie ever!!!

I’m a major Don Adams fan, but Steve Carell did a great job and he did it with out trying to be Don Adams.

We must have seen a different movie. I thought it was quite an extraordinary film.I thought it was typical splendid Pixar animation but I didn't see how it deserves its 8.9 rating and #20 out of the IMDB top 250. I thought Monsters Inc was a much better story with more likeable characters.
To: Binstence
Animation and execution were up to Pixar’s usual standards of excellence. The PC BS was over the top.
Do not take your kids to see this propaganda.

Seems a bit of "seeing monsters under the bed" to me. I didn't notice any preaching in the film at all. Seen NYC three days after sanitation workers go on strike? Kind of looked like the world portrayed in the film, actually.
Seems there's enough real issues to get upset about without railing against imagined bogeymen in animated films. I thought the movie was extraordinary, and will likely go see it again. I've also recommended it to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Thanks for the review and sorry to hear it. We were talking about seeing this movie at a later date earlier this evening, but decided if we learned it was chock full of the rank globalist message, we would forgo it.
I can't imagine that Walt Disney would be happy with all the leftist propaganda spewed by the present day Disney corporation or that it has become a tool of the left. From Mickey Mouse to global warming...sad.

We saw WallE with our nine year old boy. He liked it and I long ago stopped putting political messages into cartoons. It was a decent movie for kids. I was more thankful for the G rating than any so called propaganda.
If I had a choice between WallE and CARS I would go with the gas guzzling enviro trashing capitalist loving CARS any day. Both films made by the same people by the way.
We need to lighten up.

I really enjoyed the first half but thought it went down hill a little once they boarded the space craft. Overall, though, I liked the movie too.

Normally any green theme keeps me away from the theater, but after reading articles from the guy who wrote it I realized it was written long before the green hysteria of today, and trashing of the earth is a theme that’s been in science fiction since the 1950’s or earlier.
As for the fatties in their hoverchairs, it reminded me of the lyrics in the song “In the Year 2525” from 1969 - and (as I said on the other thread) also reminded me to put down the popcorn and Diet Coke I’d bought before the film.
Been a fan of Pixar since its earliest appearances at animation festivals, and their photorealism of today is incredible. The only thing that bothered me about the film was the way Eva’s fingers and head weren’t connected to her body!

I was thinking about this today “WALL-E” from the moment I saw it (exposed to advertizements) seemed..off putting to me. Like so much modern (mellinial “Art”) seemed post modern and not quality story-telling. I thought ‘When I have kids, I’ll show them stuff disney used to do, quality like “The Rescuers” or Snow-White or Bambi, not this modern dribble. Thanks for confirming my fears about this low quality fare.

I thought it was a great movie overall, and many of the messages (like not being a lazy tub of lard, friendship, etc) were excellent. Yeah, the environment stuff was annoying, but I guess I have just come to expect that.

Don’t forget Pinocchio and the Lionel Bart version of “Oliver!”, both classics for all time. For you adults, I highly recommend the 1966 best film winner, “A Man for All Seasons”, film at its very best. For the politically minded, the 1971 Best Foreign Language film, “The Garden of the Finzi-Continins”. The very spell that Naziism cast over Germany is eerily similar to the blind public’s response to political correctness nee: mind conditioning, re-education, mandatory sensitivity training etc...) It will scare you to your core. Truth can be scarier than any horror flick.

I live in NYC and there has not been a garbage strike since the 1970’s. You have clearly missed my entire point. If you don’t think your liberty is worth “railing against”, I cannot help you. We are hurling toward global rule by an imperial elite who put environmental theory over US Sovereignty and our Constitution.
Get with the program.

Poor Walt would die of shame seeing what internationalist plutocrats have done to his innocent creation. The only reason I did not walk out after the first 10 minutes is that a friend treated me to the evening. If I had paid, I would have left and shouted, “This shit is garbage, pure propaganda! Blind fools!”

It is likely that Wall E was an actual prop which they filmed (Like Gumby) giving it surreal lifelike movements and illusion. The humans were likely just what you said, pure cartoon animation. Animatron vs Animation.

****Bambi, not this modern dribble****
Having not seen Bambi since I was a child I have to go on faint recollection and experiences throughout my life to make the next statement. I think Bambi was one of the first PC envirowacko movies ever to reach mainstream status. I can’t tell you how many times in my life I’ve heard statements like...how could you possibly justify killing Bambi?

WOW, the moment I posted my last post about Bambi I looked up at the TV to see Bambi scampering around asking his mom “So what are we going to do today?” in a BLM “Only You Can Prevent Forest Fires” commercial. I haven’t seen that commercial in YEARS.

"Poor Walt would die of shame seeing what internationalist plutocrats have done to his innocent creation."Well said. Like much in our society, including adults and children, Disney is no longer innocent.
I've walked out of many a movie. I try to find out all about a movie I see first, so that it happens less often and I don't lose my money and fund indecent or leftist message entertainment. But, if it happens again, I'm going to demand my money back.
