Obama radio ad targets Focus on the Family

Focus on the Family is speaking out against a new pro-Obama radio ad airing on Christian radio. The ad calls for "a better Christian witness in politics."

The new liberal political action committee Matthew 25 is running pro-Barack Obama ads on Christian radio. Salem Radio affiliate KBIQ 102.7 FM in Colorado Springs, Colorado -- home to Focus on the Family -- aired an ad that came in response to Dr. James Dobson’s recent criticism of the presidential candidate's theological views. Following is an excerpt from the radio ad:

"You know it’s an election year when certain people start grabbing headlines by attacking the faith of presidential candidates," says the narrator. "With all these stones being cast at Senator Obama, it can be hard to know what to believe -- but in Luke, Jesus taught us that we must listen to what a man says because out of the overflow of his heart, his mouth speaks."

Spokesman Carrie Gordon Earll says Focus on the Family’s response to the ad would be Christ’s words found in Matthew 7:20, "You will know them by their fruits."

“When it comes to Barack Obama, his fruit is not in line with a biblical worldview," said Earll. She also pointed out that Obama is the most liberal senator in the U.S. Senate. "He opposes [the ban on] partial-birth abortion, [and] he supports the deconstruction of marriage as we know it," adds Earll. "Most certainly those are actions that voters, evangelical voters, need to look at as they’re making a decision on who to vote for in November."

KBIQ general manager Roger Harris did not respond to OneNewsNow's request for an interview.

..."He opposes [the ban on] partial-birth abortion, [and] he supports the deconstruction of marriage as we know it,"...

Yup, by their fruits you will know them.
Admittedly the very Junior Senator Barack Hussein has left few footprints in the ground - but the little he has left are those of a self-serving climber who has no use for the Word of God (except as a tool to advance himself):

* Supports abortion to a level that would make NARAL blush.
* Support homosexual 'marriages'.
* Twenty year membership in a blasphemous race separatist 'church'...

Obama does say that he is Christian, but he also says his favorite god is the Hindu “Monkey God”. Most people do know that we can not serve two masters. I think that “Monkey god” has the people mezmerized so that they do not even have good sense.

You should see the array of Christians where I used to work who supported Obama or thought these were “non-issues”. And there were some, thank God, who were very grateful to find out all the little details about BHO’s “faith”.

I’ve heard that too. Does anybody have a link where Obama is directly quoted as liking this “god”?

I have a link where some say that he said it, but I’d like one quoting Obama directly if anyone has it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. That’s the one I have where they say he likes this (phony) “god”. I’ll keep looking where Obama says it himself, or quoted as such.

Of course, he’ll deny it the next day.

That one you rarely hear from the pulpit. Satan is working hard to destroy the family. It reminds me of Nazi Germany when I read that passage.

I can’t believe Christians would support a heavily pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, pro-destroy DOMA candidate for President of this country.

But then, Jesus said His Kingdom is not of this world.

And yet I hear many Christians pray, openly, to build His Kingdom in this world, in direct opposition to His own Words. As if they will change His mind on what He said.

He will bring His Kingdom and He will establish it.

Until then, we proclaim the Gospel (Matthew 28:18-20).

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Re: 6

Thank God that some would listen.

Although there are many red flags that get raised by Mr. Obama's track record (particularly his lack of a track record that is relevant to qualify him for leadership office) -- I am bewildered how/why he has gotten a free pass for his 20 year membership in what I can only call: the black version of the white identity Aryan churches. A six month membership in the latter would rightfully disqualify the person from aspirations of political office. Yet, a 20 year membership in the tucc (which focused on skin color, the land of one's ancestors -- but not on forgiveness and the Saving blood of Christ...) was 'OK'.
Incomprehensible...

And just as reference to anyone not acquainted with the tucc - this is what their 'About Us' page used to say prior to April (when they scrubbed it somewhat). Note the many references to Jesus as a reference point to what this 'church' believes is important:

About Us

We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian... Our roots in the Black religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are an African people, and remain "true to our native land," the mother continent, the cradle of civilization. God has superintended our pilgrimage through the days of slavery, the days of segregation, and the long night of racism. It is God who gives us the strength and courage to continuously address injustice as a people, and as a congregation. We constantly affirm our trust in God through cultural expression of a Black worship service and ministries which address the Black Community.

The Pastor as well as the membership of Trinity United Church of Christ is committed to a 10-point Vision:

A congregation committed to ADORATION.
A congregation preaching SALVATION.
A congregation actively seeking RECONCILIATION.
A congregation with a non-negotiable COMMITMENT TO AFRICA.
A congregation committed to BIBLICAL EDUCATION.
A congregation committed to CULTURAL EDUCATION.
A congregation committed to the HISTORICAL EDUCATION OF AFRICAN PEOPLE IN DIASPORA.
A congregation committed to LIBERATION.
A congregation committed to RESTORATION.
A congregation working towards ECONOMIC PARITY.

This 'About Us' page tells me that a member of this church sees life through a prism that exults a particular skin color, and a foreign continent. It tells me this member does not worship the LORD Jesus that came to Save Sinners (which we ALL are); and the member is more interested in promoting division rather than forgiveness (forgetting how much we have been forgiven). And I get the feeling that when it comes to treating one's neighbor as one's self -- their neighbor's melanin content better fall into the 'right' level to qualify for this treatment.

Well, we know they aren’t getting a valid Biblical education if they honor Louis Farrakhan and associate with islam.

It shows how ignorance is masqueraded as faith.

It’s a shame so many are deceived but they must pull away from those like Wright.

If they will not, then they will find out when the world tries to destroy Israel.

That’s when the chaff of Wright’s Israel-hatred will be blown away by the Return of the Lord.

Pick a side, citizens of the world. Those who come to destroy Jerusalem and Israel will fight the Lord head on.

Zechariah 12 - Zechariah 14

And islam denies every aspect of the Gospel. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either uneducated or a willful deceiver.

Obama radio ad targets Focus on the Family

Dumb and Dumber move by the Obama-messiah.

Paying good cash money to produce and air a commercial...
that will just about guarantee Dobson will now fully endorse McCain...
and thereby mobilize who knows how many thousands?, millions?
of "Focus" listeners who have shared his ambivalence about McCain.

Maybe I'll call up the Obama campaign and say I'll send them
my Stimulus Rebate Check if they promise to use it to run more
of these commercials exposing "That Bigot Jim Dobson and his
mind-numbed robots".

(Sidenote: IIRC, Obama's campaign had called "Focus" headquarters
to see when The Messiah could drop by to visit Dobson...
but "Focus" declined the offer.
Guess there's no nice outcome when you decline an audience with
Obama.)

Yes, hopefully this will backfire, just as you say.

It shows a very clear division between Obama and Focus on the Family.

We always knew it was there, but now it is cemented.

Obama denies the Lordship of Jesus Christ (many roads up the mountain bull), is in favor (voted twice for it) of letting children born after late term botched abortions die. I do not know if he is a Christian, that is up to God, but the Bible does say ever knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord!

Triumph of the RINO.

First we defeat Obamessiah. Save America from this commie.

Then we’ll work on Juan’s less-than-conservative policies.

Letting Obama waltz into the White House is simply unthinkable, un-American and just downright insane.

Pictures speak a thousand words:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-newws/2038132/posts#35

The “god” Obama carries with him is the Hindu “Hanuman”. According to their belief, the monkey god is the provider of “hope, adoration/devotion, courage and intellect”. Hanuman is also called “Pavan-Sutra, which translated means “Son of Air/Son of Wind god”.

Ephesians 2:2

...IN WHICH YOU ONCE WALKED ACCORDING TO THE COURSE OF THIS WORLD, ACCORDING TO THE PRINCE OF THE POWER OF THE AIR, THE SPIRIT WHO NOW WORKS IN THE SONS OF DISOBEDIENCE.

Hanuman appears to be a pagan false god and idol inspired by Lucifer himself.

...and the possible future POTUS who claims he is going to help “remake the world” and unite religions, carries a miniature one around with him...

There’s many that are. And under the label of Christian.

The standards of the Sermon on the Mount are so high that I’m certain our world will never follow them, until the Return of the Lord, that is.

However, I do know this for certain: The Lord is not about wanton abortion as birth control, gay marriage and destroying the Defense of Marriage Act defining marriage as between a man and a woman, just as He ordained from the Garden of Eden.

And Obama stands in direct opposition to these in direct defiance of the God of Israel.
