I just may pour a couple fingers of Woodford Reserve in honor. Not of his death, but of Texas ignoring the World Court and doing the right thing. As for his death, it doesn't warrant any special acknowledgment.
“As for his death, it doesn’t warrant any special acknowledgment.”
Well, I for one would CONSIDER crossing a street to piss on his grave; but only if I was going in that direction anyway.
We get to off a rapist AND give the Wold Court the finger!
I shall celebrate along with you tonight as well.
You have very good taste in whiskey. I think I may do the same to celebrate Texan independence.
...and I shall honor Texas tonight with a bit of Rare Breed and a nice cigar.
I watched the interview Glen Beck had with the Texas governor last evening. The governor said he would wait until the pardon board made a decision before he decides about a reprieve, but his tone sounded like he had already decided to let the execution proceed today. After learning how the Mexican murderers tormented the 14 year old American girls who they raped, tortured, and murdered I would have no qualms whatsoever about hanging each of them from the highest tree in Texas if I were governor. God didn't give authority to individuals like me to execute murderers. But He did give that authority to government, and in fact He commanded government to do it.
If the Euroweenies don't like the way we handle vicious murderers Bush should tell them to them to tend to their own justice system and we'll tend to ours. But for some reason I can't understand he is so enthralled with anything and everything Mexican that he wants this vicious torturer-rapist-murderer spared his rightful punishment and sent home to Mexico where he would probably be welcomed with a victory parade. I voted for Bush twice and would again given the nature of the Democrat opposition he would surely face, but if there was any acceptable alternative in the primary I would vote for him or her instead of Bush.
