WASHINGTON -- Injecting last-minute uncertainty into a case that has garnered international attention, the U.S. Supreme Court considered a late-hour appeal by Texas death row inmate Jose Ernesto Medellin on Tuesday night, disrupting the timetable for his scheduled execution in the 1993 rape and murder of two Houston teenagers.

This maggot should be executed in exactly the same manner that he murdered these two girls. The fact that he's trying to get out of a long overdue execution by claiming that he was not allowed to contact the Mexican embassy makes my blood boil. Once he's finally snuffed, we should hang his rotting corpse upside down at the border as a warning to the other scum bags trying to break into our country.

Lethal injection is too good for this scum. The fact that the "International Community" and our own State Dept. want to spare this sub-human makes my blood boil. As a Houstonian, I vividly remember this case like it was yesterday. Cases like this bring out the "get medieval on his a$$!" impulse in me.

The only punishment that fits this guy (and his accomplices) is the one depicted in the 1969 Polish epic film Colonel Wolodyjowski, set in the late 17th Century. One of the characters betrays his people and rapes the daughter of the family of the people who brought him up, and then kills them all. He is hunted down by heroic Poles who carry out the ONLY proper sentence:

Readying the sharpened stake:

A team of horses pulls the rapist/murderer/traitor onto the stake:

Impalement complete:

Justice is done tonight despite the best efforts of Bush. See below:

“Bush said he disagreed with the international court’s conclusions, but agreed to comply with them. In a February 28, 2005, executive order, he said, “The United States will discharge its international obligations ... by having state courts give effect to the decision in accordance with general principles of comity in cases filed by the 51 Mexican nationals addressed in that decision.”

Lets get the facts straight - the ADULT Judge Roberts saw that justice was done. Not the schmuck child who appointed him.

He has met the fate that he deserved for so long...and now the others awaiting the same fate need to meet it...and they now know that they are going to meet it.

When they have, the families can have some sense of justice over the horrible fate of their daughters, and those daughter's blood can stop crying from the earth and their souls can have more peace knowing their killers have been brought ot justice and will kill no more.

>>Texas execution

Time for Boston conservative talkradio host Howie Carr to
play that snippet of the country song “God Bless Texas”,
which he does whenever the Lone Star State puts someone
to death. (MA of course has no death penalty)
