sound a lot to me like "The world you ignorant people have made" versus "the world we Harvard Experts will make since know better..."
Whenever someone says they’re going to take from the haves and give to the have-nots, they mean they’re going to take from the middle class and give to the welfare class.
She looked like a robot up there trying carefully to conceal her normally angry delivery. not to meantion when she said I love America, it was almost like she had to gulp before saying so as if to push down the marxist venom that would otherwise have birthed itself from her oral cavity.
she had obviously practiced the clinton lip-bite, I noticed at least twice.......and I hurled when they started the Stevie Wonder song when she was done......
It must have taken an army of makeup experts, hair experts and wardrobe people to make this ghetto sow presentable.
No matter. This new ‘Stepford Wife’ Michelle ain’t gonna fly. We gotcha number Michelle. We’re read the racist college thesis, we’re heard the hate America speechs. We’ve seen the hate on your face. Give it up.
the whole production was very Hollywoodish and carefully scripted. it just seemed like a big farce. i could have sworn I heard “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain”.............
“woah! you have el rushbos attention? good on ya!!”
dang, I laid my earphones down at the wrong time.
Plagarism isn’t plagarism when a Democrat does it, right?
Why do pedophiles give candy to their prey?
Control of the masses is what communists want. They don’t “help” anyone, not even their own ruling class. They turn their children into versions of themselves, liars who pretend to be helpers.
When the oligarchic “communist” control falters, as in the USSR or China, they have to resort to brute force and mass murder.
“Michelle Obama said something that peeked my curiousity.”
With all due respect, Suh; the word is PICQUED. It’s a frenchy French word that loosely translated connotates something akin to being pricked in the butt with a straightpin.
Michelle Obama said something that picqued my curiosity.
There! That’s better.
Thanks for linking that thread. Very good piece and right on the mark. There’s no better example than LBJ as the good ol boy corrupt politian.
ALINSKY’s RULES FOR RADICALS
Saul Alinsky’s rules of power tactics, excerpted from his 1971 book “Rules for Radicals: A Practical Primer for Realistic Radicals”
1. Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.
2. Never go outside the experience of your people.
3. Whenever possible go outside the experience of the enemy.
4. Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.
5. Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.
6. A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.
7. A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.
8. Keep the pressure on.
9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.
10. Maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.
11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside.
12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.
13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
Really, truly excellent!
Good for Gateway Pundit.
I’m glad to see this on the ‘net.
Thank you for the ping!
Note that Alinsky is using some of the same words, but what he is saying is that, in his political calculus, the end justifies the means (lying, stealing, violence). Michelle was saying that one should be idealistic ("the world as it should be" is a good thing to believe in), so her meaning was very different from Alinsky, for whom "the world as it should be" is a foolish thing to believe in. That doesn't mean she didn't copy the words though.
From the Boston Globe, August 31, 2008:
[Saul Alinsky's] Son sees father's handiwork in [2008 democrat] convention
ALL THE elements were present: the individual stories told by real people of their situations and hardships, the packed-to-the rafters crowd, the crowd's chanting of key phrases and names, the action on the spot of texting and phoning to show instant support and commitment to jump into the political battle, the rallying selections of music, the setting of the agenda by the power people.
The Democratic National Convention had all the elements of the perfectly organized event, Saul Alinsky style. Barack Obama's training in Chicago by the great community organizers is showing its effectiveness.
It is an amazingly powerful format, and the method of my late father always works to get the message out and get the supporters on board. When executed meticulously and thoughtfully, it is a powerful strategy for initiating change and making it really happen. Obama learned his lesson well.
I am proud to see that my father's model for organizing is being applied successfully beyond local community organizing to affect the Democratic campaign in 2008. It is a fine tribute to Saul Alinsky as we approach his 100th birthday.
L. DAVID ALINSKY
From Rules for Radicals, Alinsky outlines his strategy in organizing, writing:
"There's another reason for working inside the system. Dostoevsky said that taking a new step is what people fear most. Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and change the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution."
