The plot thickens. The lawsuit Philip Berg filed based on my blockbuster expose of Obama's birth certificate forgery has taken a bizarre and disturbing twist. Why is a Presidential candidate using a terrorist lawyer. Every allinace, every allegiance, malevolent.
Barack Hussein has recently admitted to dual citizenship ... media yawned, too busy going through Sarah Palin's trash (at least they are in their own element). How ironic that what we need is a federal elections specialist. Obama is considered an expert in this area having taught it for several years at University of Chicago law school after his stint at ACORN.

OBAMA is USING TERRORIST'S LAWYER to Defend LAWSUIT Rather than just product the birth certificate (is he trying to hide something?) Obama's legal team filed a motion to dismiss. One of the Lawyers filing the motion was Joe Sandler (sandler@sandlerreiff.com) of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young (see the document below).
If Mr. Sandler's name sounds familiar it Should. He is the Leagal Hit Man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an organization with terrorist ties, and has been as an un-indicted co-conspiritor in the Holyland Foundation Hamas Funding trial.
Sandler's role for CAIR has been to stifle people from telling the truth about Islam. For example, last year he tried to get Jihad Expert Robert Spencer banned from speaking to the Young American Foundation by using a threatening letter. Sandler followed up by threatening columnist Mike Adams for writing about the Spencer incident.

Obama could produce a legit birth certificate. Which by the way should be required of ALL persons running for Federal Office. And the case is over and done. Plus you PROVE to the public that you are above board.
So what does Obama choose to do? He hires an attorney that is connected to one of the most dangerous to America terrorists backed sympathetic group.
There is a copy of Birth Cert on Fight the Smears Website. If it is a forgery it will mean that everything that Obama has said to date if a LIE.

Most of us have the original signed by the Doctor, with footprints and all, and that tells you we are getting older.
I really thought this was a non-story, but now when it has come to a court hearing, and Obama still doesn’t produce his birth-certificate, which would have killed the story stone-dead, you cannot but start to wonder.
But this could become really dangerous. What if Zero wins the election and the USSC is called to decide if the election was legal or not? The Florida debacle would be a distant memory....
The fact that Sandler represents CAIR is not in itself an indictment of him, other than as a typical lawyer. Law firms, and lawyers, represent those who hire them.
It may be nothing more than that Sandler is a very able lawyer and, as such, is sought after be clients. It may be, too, that Sandler is gifted in the area of "dealing with defamation," which is something that both CAIR and Obama would be interested in dealing with.

Why is Obama even fighting this? If he truly is a natural-born American, just show everyone the official documents and put this thing to bed, and quit wasting everybody’s time and money. What profit is there for Obama to keep fighting this, if there is no truth to this? Personally I tend to believe that Obama is hiding something from us in all this.
None of us here are running for President of the United States.
The kefuffle over Obama supposedly fighting against medical treatment for children born afterbotched abortions, is a case in point. The actual bills that IL right to lifers were trying to get passed were to stop a growingly popular form of killing the alive unborn via forced premature birth and neglect, to have the preemies struggle and die unattended, alone, after birthing.
The media has been determined to mischaracterize this Obama history, but the truth is Barack Obama was trying to defend a form of infanticide. They've even gone so far as to give limited air time to Gianna Jessen, survivor from a botched saline abortion. But the thing Obama was trying to protect, to keep legal, was killing the alive unborn by forcing their delivery early, prematurely, so they cannot survive int he air world.
Obama has plead he was trying to protect Roe v Wade by stopping the focus upon 'children born after a botched abortion', but the thing Obama was trying to protect was this newest way to terminate pregnancies, and it was killing tens of thousands of alive little ones all over the nation, that's why the US Congress took up the issue. The killing method is murdering premature alive babies, masquerading as an abortion failed, which is a very rare occurrence! Obama truly defended INFANTICIDE as a legitimate for of 'abortion'.

The meat in the sandwich here is the connection to the CAIR lawyer. I can’t believe Obama would be this stupid. When Barry is in trouble who does he hire to defend him? It ties him to, not only Islam, but radical Islam. It almost seems too good to be true.

If the country is not careful it could elect a foreigner as POTUS having a staff whose loyalty to the nation may be questionable. Our national security will then be compromised.
You have to have your Birth Certificate to get your PASSPORT!
I have to admit that I am now also very curious about his childhood legal documents for his sojourn in Indonesia. There must have been some; was he legally a citizen also of Indonesia? If not, what kind of visa was he, as a child, under?
Now that he has admitted for the first time that he was dual citizen of Kenya, it is incumbent on him to clarify the exact details of his very complex citizenship issues. In what other countries has he been a citizen? What passports has he had, and traveled under?
Leaving these constituational qualification questions unclarified is simply unacceptable in a candidate for the office of President of the United States.

Obama doesn’t want his birth certificate known. I bet this is why Bill Clinton has been praising McCain lately. I bet he knows about this as Bill is the king of dirty secrets and dirty pool and will launch an 11th hour attack on Obama and slide Hillary into position.
We have to provide a certified copy of our children's birth certificates for them to play in organized sports.
I guess children's organized sports are a lot more important than proving that a candidate meets one of the few constitutional requirements to be President of the United States.

I think that was because people were mixing up babies in hospitals so the prints were directly after birth to confirm identity in the hospital ..
Little use for ID database of adults... LOL..
