The plot thickens. The lawsuit Philip Berg filed based on my blockbuster expose of Obama's birth certificate forgery has taken a bizarre and disturbing twist. Why is a Presidential candidate using a terrorist lawyer. Every allinace, every allegiance, malevolent.
Barack Hussein has recently admitted to dual citizenship ... media yawned, too busy going through Sarah Palin's trash (at least they are in their own element). How ironic that what we need is a federal elections specialist. Obama is considered an expert in this area having taught it for several years at University of Chicago law school after his stint at ACORN.

OBAMA is USING TERRORIST'S LAWYER to Defend LAWSUIT Rather than just product the birth certificate (is he trying to hide something?) Obama's legal team filed a motion to dismiss. One of the Lawyers filing the motion was Joe Sandler (sandler@sandlerreiff.com) of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young (see the document below).
If Mr. Sandler's name sounds familiar it Should. He is the Leagal Hit Man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an organization with terrorist ties, and has been as an un-indicted co-conspiritor in the Holyland Foundation Hamas Funding trial.
Sandler's role for CAIR has been to stifle people from telling the truth about Islam. For example, last year he tried to get Jihad Expert Robert Spencer banned from speaking to the Young American Foundation by using a threatening letter. Sandler followed up by threatening columnist Mike Adams for writing about the Spencer incident.

Generally those are purely ceremonial documents that don't have any legal standing. Real birth certificates are pretty mundane looking. And I have no idea where the "original" is, although I've contacted the county courthouse where I was born a couple of times over the years to get copies.

I was born in a rural area and my ‘footprints and all’ is recored at the courthouse...different areas have different certificates, and the ‘certified b.c.’ may be a legal document that is simple, but the original given is usually very nice if you are over 50. The cost may have been prohibitive in large cities even that long ago.
So was the BC forged is it allegedly forged? I’m confused about this case.
No BC has been produced. A COLB (short copy) was. That one is forged and freeper Polarik’s documentation is being entered into evidence with Attorney Berg’s case.
The Socialist Party has already assimilated the Dem party so, in my not overly humble opinion, it’s already a given.
I’m still puzzling out the ideological difference [if there is one] between “Truth Squad” and “Death Squad”.
Each one was created to utterly and absolutely “silence” something, whether it be a collective people or collective ideology.

The State of Hawaii will SEND you an official copy, stamped and watermarked. I know, I did it. I am almost tempted to post it so everyone can see what a REAL one looks like. That might not be wise however.

Besides, Hawaii Birth Certicifates are NOT public Record. A family Member must request it. I know that for a fact as well because my Mom had to request mind for me. I had my wallet stolen while moving from Texas to California, so I had no ID for a while. She had to contact the State and request in writing as well as send a copy of HER ID. So its not possible for anyone but a family member to get a birth certificate from the State of Hawaii.

Any serious candidate for President certainly ought to be willing and able to produce a legitimate birth certificate.

It is difficult to get a birth certificate for a living person. They will send it if you produce a death certificate. Every birth certificat must have an attending physician name and signature. That is why the one posted is a fake. For genealogy purposes I have gotten all the death certificates for my family and they all include an attending physician name and signature. Birth certificates require the same. Check you own.
