The donation scandal is oof the rails and the left is so in the tank for uh uh uhbama, there is no accountability. It's sick. Here's an illegal donation for you: (hat tip the ever intrepid Cathy)
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy - Indian National donated $500 City: SCH?NECK
Occupation: IS IT
Employer: NESTL? GLOBE CENTER EUROPE
Here's his home page:
"Son of chief minister of Andhrapradesh, an industrialist, leader of youth in Andhrapradesh, a deciplined social worker who worked for the development of youth by setting up industries, serving the aged, orphans and widows by means of charitable trusts has become a role model for the youth. There are many fanclubs and yuva senas on his name in Andhrapradesh who are carrying forward his good works on his name. All this shows how his image is stamped in the hearts of the people.
All this shows how his image is stamped in the hearts of the people. All of this is because of his works towards these people for about 15 years honestly.
If he's so honest, why is he making illegal contributions.
Oh, I won't. I am the one who discovered them and Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs reported on it.
I have done some more digging and have found that, based on FEC reporting, the campaign did not refund ANY of the $33k donated from the brothers in Gaza as reported in this WSJ Online piece by Glenn Simpson Obama Camp Routed Out Illegal Donations from Palestinians . I contacted Glenn Simpson to inquire if he had a follow up to this story on the 'routing out' and he replied that he had no intention of writing anything else.
I did follow up and I found that the campaign has reported credit card chargebacks (oh really?) and has PURGED the donation transactions from the Edwan brothers (Monir, Hosam & Osama) of Rafah, Gaza Strip from their database. I did keep a backup of the original transactions, but if you query the FEC site now, Monir results in 0, Hosam results in $891 (hey guys...still illegal) and Osama is just gone.
Thank you for pinging me to this thread.
BUMP. Get National Review to cover this!
Maybe I'll regain my desire. Big maybe considering Barney Frank is just about to speak. That may totally knock it out of me. Oh no...now Bush.
Bump.
