Gallup: Early voting about equal(trying to salvage their reputation)

Posted on 10/24/2008 7:34:34 AM PDT by WestFlorida

First the poll showing that younger voters weren't going to necessarily vote at a higher number this time, now this. Makes me wonder if Gallup is trying to salvage their rep as we get closer to election day. At the end of the day, they are still a business and can't risk being way off on the numbers.

Some polls will start getting tighter because they are concerned about credibility, others, like PEW, CBS, NBC, etc, will not because they are paid to be wrong, and they are just doing their job.

Zogby is obviously in the tank or has just become incredibly stupid. Zogby's beef with the poll showing a 1% lead for Obama is they "didn't include the youth!" Well, the latest Rasmussen surprisingly shows youth 18-24 voting for McCain/Palin. Obamas support, again surprisingly is from the 40-64 age group, with McCain getting the 65+. So Barrack should hope the youth stay home on Nov 4th.

Yeah, I hear the early black vote in GA and NC is starting to level out. Plus they never cover the Cuban vote which is suppose to be hugh early on in Miami.

I encourage for everyone to read my posts on the cooked polls. I have predicted that you will see a DRAMATIC shift in the network Polls and El Zogbo to reflect the polls within the margin of error. They wont put Mccain in the lead though. They will put them within the MOE to soley prevent for being blamed on RIOTS that will ensue when the “Enlightened one” loses the election. I predicted riots last week and this week there have been reports surfacing that local law enforcement officials are bracing for the potential. The pollsters are taking notice of this folks. Mark it down. Its going to happen this way.

I am certain there will be disorder, if Obama wins AND if Obama loses.

I am sure of this. I am also sure that it will set a precedent for elections to come and that the social equilibrium both by internal and external forces.

CORRECTION:

I am sure of this. I am also sure that it will set a precedent for elections to come and that the social equilibrium of this country has been INTENTIONALLY manipulated, both by internal and external forces.
