I’m with you.
I have asked that before, that Satire be labeled in the title.
This whole D ticket has been semi-satire, and I don’t blame some of our FRiends for not getting it. The line between the two can no longer be discerned.
I agree with this. It is simple to produce a birth certificate and wrong to allow fellow citizens to worry that you are not following the law when you are asking for the presidency of this nation.

That there, ladies and gentlemen, is flat out bull crap.
Article 2 section 1 of the Constitution of the United States reads thus:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; "
Notice the word "eligible"?
That means BEFORE the election. Period. Hopefully, the judge in the case has read The Constitution a couple of times.

The suit should be brought forward when he is president as that is when he has to be American born

problem with the timing theory is that it is too late when he becomes president as how would he step down from office when he has only got in and is in charge of the Govt protected by the Dem party

I don't think there is one.
I do know there's a law that states what would appear to be the opposite:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
It's called the Constitution, and that language appears in that document's First Amendment.
so why is no decision to show it by now
surely and it sounds like it by his lawyers comments then we cannot let this man near the white house
the law is the law, surely even any judge no matter how far left they are can see that.

Taxes .gun rights are the two big ones around here in north Florida but also the homosexual marriage amendment needs the word out so we’ll be out there doing that as well
