Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.
This is straight from the Hawaii Department Of Health Website.
So in other words the certificate of live birth that is posted on Obamas website, Factcheck.org and KOS do not matter. Simply because someone who was born in a foreign country could obtain one.

Interesting. So he just applied for a Hawaiian birth certificate and got one by saying his mother or father was a US citizen. I hope this gets traction somehow. I can’t imagine how he could be eligible, no matter how much people want to cover it up, because it is part of the constitution. If the media decided to keep up with this ruse, President Bush would make an executive order disqualifying Obama under his authority and requirement to upload the constitution.
Oh I forgot to add Biden attempting to rally the fund raisers and media about international crisis in six months does not seem so far fetched.
Not so fast. The Hawaii law like other state laws allows for issuance of birth certificates only to people born in that state or adopted in that state. So the only way a foreign-born individual can receive a state certified birth certificate is if they are adopted in that state. And guess what, the state birth certificate lists the foreign city and country where that individual was born. So if O’Bomber was adopted in Hawaii, his birth certificate would still list the foreign country where he was born.
I don’t understand the point here. Is it being suggested that because a foreign born person can apply for an amended birth certificate to be issued by Hawaii that they can amend so as to falsely change their birthplace to Hawaii and that this is OK by Hawaii?
Has he actually produced a birth certificate?
I'll bet he went to Hawaii to look for his certificate of Virgin birth.

Unless someone has the Kenyan proof, no one seems to care in this country and even then, you would have to get it through a person in congress to conduct a hearing on it if Obama is elected. All of this didn’t occur soon enough and now Berg was poured out of court. They will just say we are all conspiratorial nuts without Kenyan proof. And getting the proof in Kenya is probably hard at this point after the way they treated Corsi and all.

Legal and Illegal Aliens try to get federal govt jobs everyday. Illegal aliens use false documents. Some Legal Aliens believe they are allowed. Fact is one must be a US CITIZEN to work for the federal government.
When I was hired by the feds some years back, there was a group of about 20 new people. During the first month (training) a couple of people walked in the room and escorted one fellow out . It turned out he was a Legal Alien, but Not a US Citize. Game Over.
Recent news accounts report the border patrol has hired illegal aliens with false papers.
And then there’s the case of the Illegal Alien female who was hired by the FBI (with bogus papers) and then moved to the CIA. After years the “intel” community discovered her real background and suspected her to be a foreign spy.
Everybody asks the same thing: Why won’t Obama simply provide access for the news media to get all the data from Hawaii records? What’s the problem?
Why doesn’t Bush order the FBI to do just a basic background check? Why doesn’t the FBI Director (nominated by Feinstein & Boxer) assign agents in Hawaii to go look?
And now this federal judge says American Citizens have no standing in the matter. Hello?

Another angle here. A caller to the Savage Nation mentioned that Obama may have applied for colleges as a foreign student, there would have been lots of bennies for him to do it.That is probably why his college records are not shown....any thoughts?
Maya was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, but was registered in Hawaii by her America-hating mother as “born in Honolulu.”
I am not forgetting. I just am figuring what would get the attention of the masses on the streets, the ones that Obama said he was figting for. If Kenyan paperwork exists with a paper trail that is legitimate and can be proven, I think that most people, including most of the Dems would abandon him quickly.
Actually, the way to bust this open, and to guarantee the election for McCain, would be to have Sarah Palin on for 30 seconds *IMMEDIATELY* following the Obama 30-minute ad buy.
She would say this:

Here is another way to look for a paper trail. I only really know about Catholics and baptism or christening records since I am one. But, do other religions document baptisms or christenings or anything like that? Surely, you would have to list place of birth on such records.

Going through the legal system at this stage, even if it was successful, would take too long. A simple 30 second ad, shown in major states of contention, would shove it right up the behind of the Dems.
Strangely though, I do not expect such an ad (even though this is real political dynamite). Maybe the politicians know something we don't, or they are just too darn lazy.

This is essentially a blind verification— if you provide the information they will confirm if it is on record. $5 per guess...so you can make a guess, “Please verify that Barrack Obama was born at X hospital” or “Please verify that someone with the mother Durham was born on X day”
I'm not sure I have enough facts to submit the smart requests to get at the right information, but perhaps others do. And there is no telling what the turnaround time would be and how it could ultimately be used, but I think further answers are critical.
This is what the site says:
Letters of verification may be issued in lieu of certified copies (HRS §338-14.3). This document verifies the existence of a birth/death/marriage/divorce certificate on file with the Department of Health and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified relating to the vital event. (For example, that a certain named individual was born on a certain date at a certain place.) The verification process will not, however, disclose information about the vital event contained within the certificate that is unknown to and not provided by the applicant in the request.
Letters of verification are requested in similar fashion and using the same request forms as for certified copies.
The fee for a letter of verification is $5 per letter.
I tried to read that, but the 3rd or 4th time I read "Internet powerhouse Andy Martin", I nearly tossed my cookies, so I had to quit. I never got the results, if any, of his "investigation".

The mere fact that there is a Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) and not a Birth Certificate (BC) seems to indicate he was foreign born.

By the way..... I think perhaps Andy felt it necessary to keep repeating his "credentials" in each entry because people will cut and paste to quote an entry and the credentials need to be there due to the highly explosive nature of the subject matter and allegations presented.

I think you're not going to see something like this happen because neither the President nor the FBI have any legal basis to do a background check on a Presidential candidate. If it came out that either of these things had happened (and it would) it would be a political disaster for the GOP- the media would spin it as typical dirty tricks by eeevvvviiiil Republicans.
the biggest problem is that his grandmother admitted that he was born in Kenya. His true birth certificate is sealed in Hawaii. He by law has to produce the original or an actual true copy that has the same exact seal as the original. Hawaii has to be at least as strict as what the federal government requires on legal documents.
