Apparently the Governor of Hawaii has sealed Obama's birth certificate records. Why? Why seal the records? What is Obama afraid of?
Atlas reader Rudy emailed both the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii, and they sent him back dates of enrollment. It didn't match the dates Wikipedia had for Stanley Ann Dunham. Bob tried to update Wikipedia and his updates got deleted within minutes. The big question is how was Ann having Barack in Honolulu in Aug 1961 AND enrolled at the U of Washington the same month?

The one reference of Aug of 1959 in the article should really be stated as 1960? Here’s the correct informaton about when the Dunham’s left for Hawaii. It was after Ann graduated in 1960. She had plans to start college with her friends at Univ. of Washington.

Ann was a Soph in 1958 at Mercer High School in Mercer Island, Washington. She would have been a Senior and graduated in 1960.

Actually, no one REALLY knows when he was born....he has not released his original long form vault birth certificate in Hawaii. It is sealed.
Also, why did he recently state he had a dual citizenship?
Has anyone seen his mom with any baby photos? He always looks like he is about three or four.

There has also been posted a yearbook photo of Ann where she is wearing a pearl necklace. That must have been her Senior photos, as girls, in the “traditional” Senior photos wear pearls. They usually don’t for Fresh-Junior year photos.
The fellow classmate refers to pulling out the 1960 Yearbook to see Ann’s photo, but now the yearbook has been misplaced. It appears that Ann did indeed graduate in 1960 from Mercer High School.
I have seen more articles state the move to Hawaii being 1960 instead of 1959.

There seems to be a gap in the author’s thinking. Multiple times it asks how could Obama Jr. be born in August in HI if Ann was enrolled at the U of Wash for the autumn 1961 quarter (or trimester). The UW starts its classes in mid-late Sept, so it is perfectly possible. Unless I’m missing something, this particular piece of the argument does not hold up.
It shouldn’t be a matter for impeachment — if he’s not qualified to serve the SS ought to frogmarch his lyin fraud @rse outta there and into the federal pen for conspiracy, fraud, money-laundering, subversion, treason, and whatever else he’s done.
Incidentally, I have gold plated first hand knowledge of these facts.

It has quotes by Ann Dunham’s friends talking about Ann enrolling in extension classes Aug. 1961 at Univ. of Washington.
on page 6:
“Susan Blake, another high school classmate, said that during a brief visit in 1961, Dunham was excited about her husband’s plans to return to Kenya “We all had June Cleaver as our role models, and she was blazing new trails for herself,” said Blake, a former Mercer Island city councilwoman. (37)
Blake recalls that Dunham, who was calling herself Ann Obama at the time, visited her at her house in Mercer Island during the last week of August, 1961.
She left Honolulu just as soon she had clearance from her doctor to travel with her new baby. He was just 3 weeks old. She had sent a postcard that she would be in town, and was staying with a friend of her mother’s.
“The real purpose of this trip, however, may have been different than Stanley Ann Dunham described to her friends. In August, 1961, she enrolled in a University of Washington extension course. Between August, 1961 and March 1962, she enrolled in a total of four extension courses at the University of Washington, earning a total of 20 credits for her work in those courses, no small feat, considering that graduation required 180 credits, and the typical full time student earned 45 credits a year. Neither Box nor Blake has any recollection of Stanley Ann telling them she was enrolling on that same trip in extension courses at the University of Washington. (40)

Absolutely right. In today's Dayton paper there was an article about the Ohio man who had filed suit to require that Obama produce his birth certificate. Absolutely NO attempt to get at the facts regarding Obama, but an amazing effort to discredit the man filing the suit. They had already investigated HIM thoroughly. Why doesn't journalism require ANY standards any more?

These days at least, the Fall term starts the last Monday in September.
The very first recorded itty-bitty baby Barak sighting was in Mercer Island WA, an hour or so’s drive away from Vancouver CANADA, and 2500 miles from Honolulu.
If the embarrassed parents of an unmarried Stanley Ann sent her away to have the baby elsewhere, Barak could well be a British Subject...
I have yet to find one hard piece of evidence that that was the case. Every time I've asked someone to back up this assertion, they point to another blog making the assertion.

Two points:
In liberal California 110,000 absentee ballots have been cast. IF they follow party lines 0bama is ahead by only 1% here.
Not being constitutionally qualified is an absolute deal killer. Regardless of the vote he cannot hold the office.
The worst that could happen is that a different democrat end up in office. Which one depends on the DNC, the Electoral College, and/or the Constitution, depending on the timing.
Having spent months researching on-line to me that was one of the mother lode finds. I believe Ann stayed in WA and took the extension courses while the infant slept, then actually attended classes during Spring 1962. The excerpt of the book revealed a few things which we hadn’t known before and raised one question in my mind when it was mentioned that Ann was depressed because she couldn’t find a job. The World’s Fair opened in April 1962 and jobs would have been plentiful. Also we know she managed to complete four courses prior to attending classes and then she was only registered for two courses which she completed in Spring 1962. I wondered why there were no photos of an infant and this would explain why. There are plenty of photos of the toddler and none of the infant!
Also I researched the 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy address listed in the birth announcement which was published in both “The Honolulu Advertiser” and “The Star - Bulletin”. The address is not associated with the Davis family (they were living on the leeward side of Kalihi valley close to Pearl Harbor and had been since 1956) the Dunham family lived in “a large house on Kamehameha Ave., then “a modest wooden house on University Ave.” before moving to the 10th floor apartment on Beretania St.” where Madelyn has now lived for 40 years. Obama Sr. lived at the “Atherton Y.M.C.A.” followed by a small, single story home in St. Louis Heights.” I then wondered if the address was for a home of one of Sr’s friends but learned that “Arnie was completing his military requirements” and lived in base housing. I still don’t know whose home address was listed for the birth announcement but believe Grandma Dunham knew of a safe address from her job with the escrow department at Bankoh and used it to register not only the birth but to use for the birth announcement. By the end of 1961 she was actually the manager of the escrow department. (all this information with the exception of Arnie’s address and the Davis address were found in “The Honolulu Advertiser”. Arnie’s address was found in a section on the Obama website while the Davis address was found in an article at U of H) I can provide the links if you want them.
Then he is a bona fide US citizen, as Hawaii was then a US territory.
After all, Barry (There's that name again!) Goldwater was born in the Territory of Arizona...
If that were to happen there would be riots like we have never seen before.

One day, after 'Barry' was born, she came for an afternoon, (on her way from Hawaii to join her husband at Harvard.)" Blake remembers "the infant. He was sweet and pink and very new." The two talked and cuddled the baby. "And I changed Barack Obama's diapers."

You are correct the issue of where the birth took place in US is irrelevant, if indeed he was born in the US. However, the later fact of Obama being adopted by Soetero would have made Obama an Indonesian under their law, and stripped Obama of any previous citizenship. Either way, he is not a natural born US citizen and shouldn’t be President.
I believe the article was making the case for the possibility that Obama’s father was Malcolm X.

That's not correct. You can only lose your US citizenship by taking active steps to do so. Simply applying for the citizenship of another country (or having your parents apply for it on your behalf) isn't enough. You have to voluntarily renounce your citizenship in front of a US official. There is no evidence that The One ever renounced his US citizenship, so his status as an Indonesian citizen is irrelevant.
Unlike tourist saturated Hawaii, there weren't many cameras nor much film in Kenya in the early 60's...

You posted “...in spring wrote to say she was marrying him...” which already puts a lie to the ‘official story that they married on Maui Feb.2,1961’. Spring is a well defined season in WA so Susan Blake wouldn’t make a mistake over when she received the letter. I wonder if Frank Marshall Davis ‘spilt the beans’ in his autobiography when he wrote of “a Kenyan student who split, leaving behind two pregnant blondes.” Could Ann in WA have learned of this and stayed in WA until she was sure Obama was no longer in HI? What was the postmark on the post card Blake received? Sure would be nice to know! Would a “Polk’s Seattle City Directory” for 1961 and 1962 show Ann as a resident? Where are the pictures of the infant? We see plenty of pictures of a toddler but none of an infant! Whose home address was used for the birth announcement? All these questions sure provide food for thought!
The new Congress meets to certify the votes of the Electoral College. If, just prior to Jan. 6, the Supreme Court has ruled that Obama is ineligible, the Democrat congress will choose a president.

A further issue is presented that, at least according to information in circulation on the Internet, Obama’s Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, may have adopted Obama.
