humm, i dont think so. if he was he would have said “we need to fund the national guard.....” go over to youtube and take a look for yourself what he means by civilian forces. first joe the plumber, news stations, now papers...this man is power hungry and he will want a civilian force he can trust, a group not associated with our military.

Can you imagine the calls for impeachment if President Bush had called for something like this? Yet, the democrats seem perfectly willing to go right along with it if their guy is President. They seem OK with accessing government computers to spy on private citizens like Joe The Plummer now too...just not terrorists!
