Attacks on Gov. Sarah Palin by McCain campaign staff at first appear to be a case of making her a convenient scapegoat, but the attacks have a more devious motive. This post-election barrage is the first volley of the campaign to choose the Republican nominee in 2012. The Washington, D.C. based establishment that rules the GOP wants her career over now. She threatens them.

FOX News used to be my refuge for decent news, but after O’Reily’s love affair with BHO (1. Obama is a brilliant politician, 2. I don’t have a problem with Barak Obama, 3. Obama has been up front about who he is, 4. Obama has been more consistent, 5. He isn’t a deceiver”), and then add to that the attacks on Sarah Palin by an otherwise reputable news agency, and it looks like the only news worth watching is the 700 club and American Center for Law and Justice.
Fox News, except for Hannity, can go to hell.
I’m glad she threatens them. They have brought us economic and cultural destruction and are as much the enemy as the Dems.
Her minor imperfections are much more palatable to me than the beltway repub treachery. My back has so many republican knives sticking out of it, i almost look like a porcupine.

Just heard the classy Obama talking about the bridge loans for financial institutions,, said they werent “going to be bridge loans to nowhere”.

The guy coming forward was the hoax as the source was the hoax, not the report itself. I don’t believe what Cameron reported but there seems to be some confusion about what the hoax actually was. The NYT story on it was shockingly unclear.
I like Newt because of his lecture series. But he seems to be a moral toad, and i SAW him sitting on that sofa in the commercial, laughing that he agrees with Pelosi on global warming. (pretty sure it was Pelosi)
Lost a lot of respect for him for that.

The source of the story that Palin didn’t know Africa was a continent was a phony person. Cameron was taken in. I don’t know if he’s has acknowledged this.
Greta is good, too. She is a Democrat and a feminist but she has treated Sarah with the utmost respect and kindness, has defended her against attacks and seems to thoroughly enjoy visiting with her. The only negative about Greta is that she also relies on Politico for information..but, even that is okay, if she balances it out with more conservative info. I have grown to really like Greta...and Megyn Kelly...and Neil Cavuto. Bill O’Reilly can leap from a tall building with a single plop as far as I am concerned...but, in his own mind, he can fly.

Incorrect. Carl Cameron had a source in the Mccain camp that said the Africa stuff. A known hoaxster claimed to be Cameron’s source. The hoaxster wasn’t feeding Cameron the info. just taking undue credit on the internet for doing so. I obviously think the REAL source Cameron has is full of it, but that’s an unrelated matter. The media couldn’t even get this part of the story correct.
I agree, I saw how smart he was in his lecture series on PBS about our history and Govt. Very intellingent. I agree that he knows its a hoax, and it really was a disappointment to think he was lying to me.
At least Sarah hasnt lied to me yet. That matters to me in every future time whhen a repub asks for my vote.

That was pretty much true this time, too. They have been salting the rolls for years and only the ones which are caught upfront are eliminated. Those that made it through, perhaps most of them, are happily voting each election, some of them more than once in various locales, whether alive or deceased. That is the only way Gore and Kerry came so close.
Obama's administration will also liberally sprinkle their operatives throughout government, ala Slick Willie, so that the liberal program can run on auto pilot no matter who is in the WH and Congress.
