Today, Leo Donofrio, also the Plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is separately filing an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatano.
Leo will be updating his blog with the official complaint, and I’ll update here as well…
Today, Leo C. Donofrio filed, with the NJ Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Judicial
Conduct, an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino with regard to the initial stage of this litigation which was originally filed in the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division. The case, having come directly from an appeal to the New Jersey Supreme Court is now before the the United States Supreme Court, “DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008″ before all nine Supreme Court Justices.
I am very concerned that if the United States Supreme Court requests the official records of the case from the NJ Appellate Division, a fraudulent case file - not including all relevant documents - will be forwarded to the SCOTUS and thereby the case now pending might be jeopardized.A copy of the official complaint - by way of a New Jersey Supreme Court generated form - will be uploaded to this blog shortly.

These Donofrio's blog posts are what I found on caches only that pulled the data before Leo's blog entries were knocked out Friday night. If you were listening live to Lan's show, 2 of 3 Lan's radio servers were ALSO knocked off by DOS attacks live on the air. I recorded the show, and hope to post it soon. Thanks. This news was posted on another Donofrio thread by STARWISE, but it’s good to see it given its own post.
It think this is a smart move, because the crooked judges and prosecutors can be expected to do exactly that—leave out key evidence, and then blame it on the plaintiff. Even if it didn’t prevail, it would cause delays, which is what they now desperately want to do.
No way to be sure, unless you have insider access or are more of a techie than I am, but I suspect these stories are one reason why FR has been attacked by Obamabots.
People should send this stuff out to their email lists. The recipients may not believe it, but at least they will be made aware of it and the media will be denied their favorite ploy—ignoring it entirely.

The Establishment has figured out that Obama is nothing more than a photo-op. His lack of performance in the weekly crisis fiasco has been breathtaking and frightening. So, Right and Left, they see Joe as the guy who can heal the country with his sense of humor and... Hillary is one step away from the Oval Office. In four years, Joe takes the pension and Hillary takes the throne.
Obama takes the subway back to Chicago. Or, like ALGORE becomes an international “I've been screwed” crybaby.

What happens if no presidential candidate gets 270 electoral votes?
If no candidate receives a majority of electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each State delegation has one vote. The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most electoral votes. Each Senator would cast one vote for Vice President. If the House of Representatives fails to elect a President by Inauguration Day, the Vice-President Elect serves as acting President until the deadlock is resolved in the House.

what happens if the FBI investigation of ACORN shows that many of the states electoral votes were stolen?
Yes. No saying in an unprecedented emergency that our country has never seen before what the electors and politicians and judges will actually DO.
But I believe that if Obama is eliminated before the electoral vote, then it would go to Hillary. And if it happens between the electoral vote and the swearing in, then it would go to McCain. And if Obama is sworn in but then shown to be unqualified, then it would go to Biden or break out in civil war.
If it had happened before the election, I presume it would have gone to Hillary.
IF THIS HAPPENS, the DNC will have a lot to answer for, because it was their job to do a basic vetting on the candidates. And apparently they did not do so.
Oh now you just had to go and make things interesting, didn’t you. There’s also the question of fraud durung the caucus raised by the Clinton campaign.
