Today, Leo Donofrio, also the Plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is separately filing an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatano.
Leo will be updating his blog with the official complaint, and I’ll update here as well…
Today, Leo C. Donofrio filed, with the NJ Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Judicial
Conduct, an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino with regard to the initial stage of this litigation which was originally filed in the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division. The case, having come directly from an appeal to the New Jersey Supreme Court is now before the the United States Supreme Court, “DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008″ before all nine Supreme Court Justices.
I am very concerned that if the United States Supreme Court requests the official records of the case from the NJ Appellate Division, a fraudulent case file - not including all relevant documents - will be forwarded to the SCOTUS and thereby the case now pending might be jeopardized.A copy of the official complaint - by way of a New Jersey Supreme Court generated form - will be uploaded to this blog shortly.

The FBI is broken. Even when Bush had a majority in congress, the clintonoids in the higher ranks were basically working for the Democrats. They would never come out with any such charges before the swearing in.
I think so too as she was 2nd runnerup so to speak.
And if it happens between the electoral vote and the swearing in, then it would go to McCain.
I don't see that. The vote was for a Democrat. I see Congress picking a Dem.

We HAVE to get this out to everybody. They have hacked & shout his web site, the NJ Supreme Court has changed the paperwork to try to sabotage his case at SCOTUS, they attacked Lan Lanphere’s Internet radio show’s servers last night when Leo was on.
Folks you are about to lose your country a few days before Thanksgiving. Where is Drudge? He would break stories against the Clintons but not a peep. The conservative talk show hosts need to start talking about this.
This may be the most important thread in the history of Free Republic. We have to get Leo help. He needs media and web site exposure. He needs a law firm with SCOTUS experience to help him because NJ Supreme Court has screwed up his filing and SCOTUS needs to know. the other SCOTUS clerks may be trying to sabotage Leo’s case. One already tried.
Bush should have a U.S. attorney investigate what is going on at the NJ Supreme Court.
We need everyone on FR to know what is going on here. Leo must be very very close and they must be very very worried that their coup may fail. When Soros is out there making statements about Middle East recapitalizing America like he is the Treasury Secretary & President then you need to be very worried.
They are pulling out every stop to try to stop Leo. We have to get the word out. Bush needs to have the Justice Dept investigate the NJ Supreme Court’s actions.
Where is Drudge? He was never scared of the Clintons.
I have an idea. I will work on collecting all the email addresses from every conservative radio talk show host and will post them here. Then everyone send emails to them that shows the whole list as the recipient list. In other words, Rush could see the same email was also sent to Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, etc. In other words let’s create a firestorm where all the talk show hosts know that everyone sending in emails is also sending them to the other talk show hosts. Surely they could not ignore such a grassroots effort as that. Thoughts?
Frantzie, there is another case going to be filed with SCOTUS fron New York. I spokw with the guy earlier. It was denied in the 2nd Circuit Court and the plaintiffs sent the paperwork by registered mail on Friday.

This new case is somewhat limited in scope. It focuses only on the travel records of Obama’s mother.
Good idea. One of these talks shows has to have the guts to have Leo on or break his story.
We are a few days before Thanksgiving. They view Leo’s case as a major threat. All Freepers need to try to contact web site, conservative talk shows hosts and others. If conservatives knew what was going on with Leo they should be outraged but many are just burying their heads in the sand.
I have been told off by a few people here to “let it go” or “you sound like a kook” or “we will win in 2010 and 2012.” Well based on the treatment Leo is getting - this is not tin foil hat stuff. They are trying to silence and stop this man.

Based on the way Leo is being treated - they are really worried about his case and are doing anything & everything to sabotage it.

The case is being filed by Christopher Strunk in New York.
He said he mailed the filing with SCOTUS on Friday. He originally filed with state Court and then appealed to 2nd Circuit.
He emailed me the premise of the case:
The Second Circuit has Denied my Motion for Writ of Mandamus as of today (see attached orders)
On Monday 11-17-08, I am presenting a proposed Order to Show Cause for emergency relief in the Case with Index No.: 29642/2008 at which I am requesting your attendance for a preliminary hearing before Justice Schmidt.
I am requesting:
1. a Judicial Subpoena of the US State Department for the travel documents from 1960 through 1963 for Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama)
2. That the Documents be provided to each of the Elected Electoral College slate and their filled vacancies before their certification on or about December 1, 2008;
3. That until such time that the documents are provided there shall be a stay upon the New York Electoral College from voting on or after December 15, 2008 and / or as to the nationa elelctoral college of each State of the several States
4. Until the stay is lifted for New York by the U.S. Supreme Court or the Justice assigned to this case with concurrent original jurisdiction over the national Electoral College.
Part of it is, too, that people have been bitten by stories on Corsi, API, etc, that they don’t who to believe. Their credibility has been tarnished. You can only cry “wolf” so many times...
We just have to ensure we don’t sound like stereotypical Right Wing conspiracy nuts when we’re trying to spread the word (even though I’m highly confident we’re being manipulated on many levels)
Has anyone heard of the case where EC electors from 4 different states are going to combine to file in Federal Court? This rumor has been going around for a while now but I heard it again this morning from someone who had known about the Strunk case and Brockhausen case befor they were actually filed.

CORRECTION: It was not the NJ Supreme Court that changed any of Leo’s paperwork. It was a Judge in the lower NJ court that did it. That is who Leo filed the suit against yesterday. Leo said the NJ Supreem court judge did everything right in her wording so that he could take his case before the US Supreme Court.
So it worked it’s way through NY state court. Good.
I am suprised the State Dept keeps the records going back to 1960. I guess Mr. Strunk must know. leo mentioned another case. Leo’s path with filings was correct which is why they are trying to stop him.
I would hope more conservative attorneys come out of the woodwork to help. Where are cases from red states? Or 50/50 states that went blue?
Leo’s case is a real threat to them based on their actions in trying to sabotage his case, keep his web site down and more.

I saw a little “blurb” in the lefthand corner of Drudge Report on Thursday referencing Donofrio suit.
If Obama said that it probably wasn't said during one the debates with Alan. Someone on another thread said they reviewed the transcripts from the three debates and no such statement could be found.
