Thanks. Things seem to be moving along. I really, really don’t see how this issue is EVER going to go away. Better to deal with it now than later. Better to have riots in the cities now, if that’s what happens, than a civil war later.

Better for SCOTUS to act now than to be subverted and destroyed later.

Just take a look at what happened in Kenya when Odinga lost the election. Bad, bad, bad. And the rioting, church burnings, and killings were done with Obama’s financial support, political advice, and approval. With help from the US taxpayers who funded his senatorial junket.

But it would have been far worse if Odinga had won the election and imposed a Communist/Muslim dictatorship over it. Compared to most African countries, Kenya was a pretty decent place to live.

Better to face the issue now than deal with someone who increasingly looks like a foreign tyrant installed in the White House.

On the Berg case..what does it mean: US Solicitor General files Waiver of Right of Respondents (FEC, DNC, Obama) to respond.

Short version: Average citizen and retired lawyer Leo Donofrio started by sueing the Secretary of State in NJ for not vetting the presidential candidates before allowing them on the ballot.

His case is now on the docket of the US Supreme Court for a conference of the full court on December 5.

The matter revolves around whether or not three candidates, McCain, Obama, and a third party guy are natural born citizens.

I read his entire suit last night and I am convinced that none of the three are eligible to be president. The scanned docs were availible on Leo's site until late last night, until the whole domain took a dive. The link at the top of this thread is his new website.

Google his name to find lots of blogs that have good coverage of his case.

This is for real. Nothing like Berg's case. This one is going to leave a mark.
