President-elect Barack Hussein Obama’s U. S. citizenship is still in question. Various groups are still investigating where Obama’s birthplace might be. Kenya is claimed to be his birthplace by BHO’s relatives including his paternal grandmother.

The Ambassador of Kenya, His Excellency, confirmed that Obama was born in Kenya. But, I have a feeling Obama’s true birth place will be the least of our Constitutional problems as we move into the age of the USSA.
What we all need are signs and bumper stickers asking “Show Us The Birth Certificate” or some such .....

But, seriously, there SHOULD BE a record of his Kenya birth, in addition to the recording of his birth in Hawaii.

There are many reasons why they would do this in order to bring attention to themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if multiple areas of Kenya start to make similar claims.
Seriously, does anyone think the Supreme Court will nix his election, even if they find proof? After 2000, and with Obama’s popularity, if they did that they’d have to ring the building with the Marines and tanks. Popcornable, for sure, if it happens.

This will be a Constitutional showdown-the question is- how much do the American people care if Obama is NOT an American born Citizen? If the kool aid has worn off then maybe they will get it..otherwise Obama is their Messiah, and the Constitution does not matter to them.

There is only one city in Kenya which has been said to be his birthplace: Mombasa (on the Indian Ocean coast).
There won’t be any Constitutional problems if he is allowed to take office, because therefore , there will not be any Constitution.

I read recently somebodies theory about this election and what seems to be a turn of events with Obama hiring all the Clinton people is that he’s being essentially blackmailed by Hillary over this birth certificate issue. I get the feeling that he’s very worried about it!! Notice next time you see Hillary on TV that she looks like the cat the ate the canary!! LOL I mean she LOST the election to Barry!! You can’t possibly tell me that she’s that damn happy about being SOS. Shew knows she’s got Barry over a barrel right now. She’s getting whatever she wants. I would say at this point Barry is not even an empty suit. He has real reason to worry because he’s managed to MAKE everyone angry!! Obama, the DNC and Co-Defendants must answer a “Writ of Certiorari” to the U.S. Supreme Court on or before December 1, 2008. Also, the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court will “Conference” on December, 2008. If 4 justices vote in favor, the case goes to “Oral Argument.”

There’s even a website “Democrats Against 0bama” (NoBama, Now or Ever! I just went there and saw items about this case pending with SCOTUS, his fraud of a birth cert. & a long moving list of Dems + others who are joining in protest of his fraudulent election. While we don’t have much in common w/ Dems, this is a big exception. (They invite anyone to join them, even if not Dem.)
So if the Barry person is deemed unqualified does Hillary move up????

Pretty much...I guess.But I think that Senator Hairclub is a tiny bit less dangerous than is Hussein.At least he was in the Senate 2 or 3 years ago while Hussein was still fixing parking tickets in Peoria.

If it is apparent beyond reasonable doubt that Hussein is not a natural born citizen, then we must look to any legal and constitutional action to deny him the presidency. If the constitution of the US is not worth defending against mob rule, then nothing is. If we wish to preserve the republic, than we had best let the chips fall, and then sort them out. By whatever means necessary.
We who value the constitution will not allow the moral emphasis of this argument to be inverted. All this speculation, correct or not; has come about because this lying crypto-marxist thug from the most corrupt environs of leftist Chicago sewer politics has ascended to POTUS-elect status with the willing aquiescence of the MSM. The MSM was hell-bent on concealing this usurper’s background because they wanted him to be elected. The arrogance and effrontery of this lying bastid is breathtaking. The founders knew that they were not natural born citizens, so they had to include language in Art II Sec 1 that exempted THEM. Does this fraud think that he is better than Washington, Madison, Adams, and Jefferson in that sense? Apparently he does, and with the acquiesence of enough people, he will suceed in usurping and corrupting the Executive Branch of government. This situation presents the very real posssibility of impelling this great nation beyond a constitutional crisis toward a civil war.
Finally, consider the implications of a man who would undertake these devious machinations to knowingly assume an office that he has no constitutional claim to, and than to see this same counterfeit president elect take an oath to defend that constitution. I believe that such a man would be willing to impose ANY sort or despotism or tyranny upon us to retain power.
