Cases from 15 more states are moving towards the Supreme Court.

We the People foundation has placed a full page add in the Chicago Tribune, Obama home turf demanding disclosure of birth certificate and all other pertinent documents.

More sabotage by the Supreme Court: Mr. Wrotnowski was told that his case was delayed by 7 days, because his Emergency Petition for Stay of Elections was forwarded to the Anthrax lab. Numerous phone calls were placed to the Supreme Court demanding answers, why was that Petition sent to the Anthrax lab, Mr. Wrotnowski is a law abiding citizen, a business owner, was never in trouble with the law. Why was his petition delayed by a week via sending it to the Anthrax lab. No response was received, no name of the clerk was given. These clerks are sabotaging anti Obama cases to put a foreigner in the White House, this is bordering on aiding and abetting treason. Please write to all 9 judges, let them know what is going on, demand to join all 5 cases currently in the Supreme Court, you can send them a copy of our Keyes v Bowen petition for Writ of Mandate as a supporting document. Currently I am working on filing a second case, representing another group of candidates, party officials, Certified Electors and Registered voters and I am assisting other attorneys all around the country, that are preparing similar actions and trying to match voters and electors in different states with attorneys that can represent them. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Bob Stevens and Mrs. Lisa Ostella that have been working day and night and conducting research. I thank some 1700 supporters that have sent me e-mails and warm wishes. I was informed by plains radio that my interview with Joe Thunder was downloaded 20,000 times within 1 week. With a usual chain of 10 e-mail forwards per download, it means that some 200,000 heard this one of 6 interviews.

Please remember to write, e-mail, fax and keep calling all advertisers, sponsors and all your friends and relatives, ask all of them to boycott all the media outlets that are lying to the public, hiding the truth and are not disclosing the fact that Obama is not legally eligible to be the president. This media needs to feel, where it really hurts them, in their pockets.

I heard a bit of the guest host filing in for Rush yesterday, and he was saying this was going nowhere. I think his last name is Davis from Dallas/Ft. Worth. It was rather strange listening to his, oh well doesn't really matter, things have gone too far to expect anything from these court cases. Here I thought the primary principle of conservatives was the Constitution and a nation's responsibility to protect and defend.

I do not know what Bama and his gang are hiding but there is something he does not want the CITIZENS of this nation to know about himself. IMO it is Bama’s responsibility to provide the evidence that he is qualified to be president and for whatever reason he won't.

Hunter and Strunk still are not showing up on SCOTUS docket. Are they having the same trouble as Leo did when his documents first arrived? I assume Danny Bickell is on the receiving end of these documents.

I hope Hunter, Strunk, Leo Donofrio, Cort Wrotnowski, etc. are all sharing their “process” experience with each other. I assume they are all talking to each other.

Just to clarify about the Strunk case, he has not yet officially filed with SCOTUS. I spoke on the phone with him yesterday and he expects to file this week. He had to clear a procedural issue first with the 2nd Circuit Court before he could send his case to SCOTUS.

Don’t believe the ‘this is going nowhere’ crowd.

This is going forward. The Supremes are aware and they cannot fail the Constitution because to do so means that they give permission to Obama to disolve the Government and set up his Theocratic Caliphate. (Which I don’t think he’d do unless backed into a wall, IF he’s sworn in.)

The Supremes have to act to keep their jobs as well as the Constitution and these United States.

I’m not astonished that the MSM and their allies are quiet like the Rats they are! What astonishes me is BOR, Sean Hannity, Limbaugh and others who are afraid to mention the court filings and the huge “rumors” in the blogosphere.

The only explanation is that they are afraid to be tagged with “causing” the expected riots and violence.

I’m sure we all are prepared for this unpleasant eventuality and we’ll not leave it to the police to quell if it comes to protecting our families and property.

The clerks at SCOTUS obviously do not want Scalia to get Cort’s case. I think Justice Thomas and Scalia plus Alito and Roberts will give a fair hearing. They do care about the Constitution.

I think anything filed at SCOTUS is going to require hand delivery. We need to find an attorney in the DC area who can deliver all these cases so Cort, Leo and others do not have to drive to DC as the clerks try to derail these filings.

Watch the first two. If the court dismisses the Berg case and the full court refuses to take up the Donofrio case then I believe you’ll see all the rest rejected in quick succession.

That's what I mean. If after the conference they decline to hear Donofrio's case, and if the Berg case is dismissed then none of the other cases will have a chance. The court will probably reject them out of hand.

In the Keyes case he was an actual candidate on the ballot and has better standing than other cases.
Each state law on standing is different of course but some of these electors are Republican in states where Obama won. They were deprived of their ability to vote based on fraudulence.

In order to establish standing, Keyes still has to show an injury in fact that is real and concrete, not hypothetical or conjectural. So if Obama is in fact unqualified, how does that cause Keyes damage? That's the hurdle that all these cases are having problems surmounting.
