When every point raised is dismissed with “It doesn’t matter because he won the election” I get the distinct impression that they don’t WANT to do anything about it.
I feel like I’m in Wonderland. I feel like I am one of those UFO’ers who people look at strangely when you discuss this issue. I no longer can listen to my talk shows, except for Plains Radio, because the hosts just aren’t relating to me anymore. They won’t even throw me a bone to chew on and I want to scream. I don’t watch the news or critique the Obama Administration because I am just waiting for the court to compell him to produce the evidence one way or another. Then I will think about where we are after that.

If Article 2 of the Constitution can be overlooked because of the ‘will of 54% of the people’ then your ‘constitutional right of free speech’ may also be at the whim of the ‘54%’. If the Constitution can’t defended as a whole then what good is ‘fighting’ for conservative principals for 2010 or any other year? Now perhaps you could just answer the questions I posed to you. I truly am interested to know how you came to the conclusion that Obama’s birth certificate isn’t important and is only for conspiracy theory nuts.

What evidence did you rely on in coming to the conclusion that Obama’s birth certificate (and other records, for that matter) are unimportant?

As I wrote elsewhere, Barack Hussein Obama Jr has applied for a job, POTUS, but without supporting evidence that he is eligible on just that little teensy detail regarding citizenship and birth qualifications.
The fact that Barack Hussein Obama Jr refuses to reveal his original certificate of birth is of national significance. It is not a "ridiculous" topic of discussion.
Barack may well be legitimate but his hitherto unseen certificate of birth may have embarrassing details regarding name, father, you name it.
So? He should show it and be done with it. But right now, there is no proof, only concocted copies of copies.
The Constitution overrides everything. I would hope that the Supreme Court Justices give the current case(s) a neutral and dispassionate examination and make a public ruling to satisfy not a mere curiosity but a legal requirement for the office of President.
He most likely will be the next POTUS, as you state in #1, but it will be under a cloud, and because no one has the gumption or wherewithal to demand he produce his evidence.
Final thought, if you don't subscribe to the possible fraud aspect of his certificate why stay on these threads?

With all due respect, the fact is that most of Obama's documentation has been put off limits, depriving us all of the facts we need to determine if we've been snookered. It is a fact that a substantial sum of money has been spent to prevent release of the facts in question.

Actually The Annenberg Fact Check website never went to Hawaii to investigate the fact surrounding Obama’s birth certificate and the document they have shown as his birth certificate is in reality a certification of live birth created in 2007 either as a forgery or as an example of what is in the Hawaii records.
That doesn’t mean it is an accurate version of what is on his original Birth Certificate, his sister Maya has the same sort of self serving Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii despite the fact that she was born in Jataka Indonesia, instead of Hawaii, and it is perfectly legal, or rather extralegal for her to have one since there is no other state that I know of that will issue such a Certification of Live Birth to a child not born on that state’s or even US soil as an official document.
I would suggest that what we have here is a perfect example of how the law can be bent a dozen different ways to achieve a goal, that goal being natural born citizenship using amended documents locked away to prevent discovery with authoritative proof being supplied by a non governmental agency with very close ties to the candidate making a legal statement it has no right nor legal authority to make in the matter.
The Annenberg Fact Check Organization has no legal credentials by which to support or defend their claims, and I for one would love to see their claims contested in a court of law, I sure that Obama will be happy to provide them with the vault copy of his Birth certificate with which to defend their integrity....
