If Article 2 of the Constitution can be overlooked because of the ‘will of 54% of the people’ then your ‘constitutional right of free speech’ may also be at the whim of the ‘54%’. If the Constitution can’t defended as a whole then what good is ‘fighting’ for conservative principals for 2010 or any other year? I’m hoping that the “54%” would at least choose to overlook the 16th Amendment along with Article 2. For the children.....

My respect for the Constitution is without question. When I see some relevant information posted that supports factual content and not the unsubstantiated rants of conspiracy theorists, I may reconsider my position. So far, however, most of this is just some angry folks pissing in the wind and acting like fools. There is a multitude of evidence on the internet that supports Obama's citizenship. You don't need to make up conspiratorial stuff out of thin air. The Annenberg Fact Check website went to Hawaii and investigated the facts surrounding Obama's birth certificate and found it to be legitimate. LINK
