Well, well, well, it looks like all us “conspiracy theorists” might be on to something after all. “The Office of the President-Elect” has not produced a true copy or original Birth Certificate showing that Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States, and is qualified under the United States Constitution, to become the next President, after numerous requests to do.
And guess what? There is absolute silence from the pissant media, including some of the country’s most hardened conservatives and so called purveyors of truth. No surprise here. It’s in countries like Communist China that information is purposefully withheld from the public, and the way things have been moving along lately, only us “conspiracy theorists” or internet bloggers are unafraid to uncover the truth.
There have been many articles floating around and I will try to link to as many as I can (h/t to larwyn, contrairimairi, Mitchell Langbert’s blog, Freedom March, and Free Republic) at the end of this commentary, and my readers can determine for themselves what is credible and what is not, but this is a topic that cannot be ignored any further.
A quick word to the naysayers. Even the U.S. Supreme Court has found merit in at least one of the pending lawsuits, and that case is scheduled to be heard Friday, December 5, 2008, yet not one so called media outlet (not even the revered “fair and balanced” FOX news channel) has informed the American public that this reality exists, and many Americans have no clue that the mere question has been posed. Needless to say, I am grateful that the highest Court in the land appears to be the only venue that is impartial. We can only hope that they get to the bottom of this inquiry.

So far there is zero positive evidence that Obama is not a natural born citizen. The networks and talk radio are keeping silent on this because this story is yet to rise above the level of an internet propagated conspiracy theory.
When the story deserves coverage it will get it. If the SC decides to hear the case Dec 5th, it will be in the news.

I would hardly relegate this to a conspiracy theory because no authentic birth certificate has been produced & the case has gone to court.

Here is the law:
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child's birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.
She did not live in the US for 5 years after the age of 14 before he was born. If he was born overseas, not only would he not have "natural born" citizenship, he would not have US citizenship.

You Obamabot trolls need some new mantras. This has been the mantra for months. The left wing mediots will never air nor publish anything damning about their Oreo phoney Messiah.
And he can do that by showing his birth certificate.
Saying that “there is no evidence that he is NOT a citizen” is very dangerous because the stupid sheeple will fall for it.

By a fair reading of the U. S. Constitution, the burden of proof is on Obama, not critics or opponents.
