And he can do that by showing his birth certificate.

And you can do that yourself by showing evidence he was born in Kenya or Canada or whatever country you care to name. Show some initiative. Don't depend on Obama to do your work for you, be proactive and dig up your evidence yourself.

So far there is zero positive evidence that Obama is not a natural born citizen. The networks and talk radio are keeping silent on this because this story is yet to rise above the level of an internet propagated conspiracy theory.

When the story deserves coverage it will get it. If the SC decides to hear the case Dec 5th, it will be in the news.

In an era where much "news" is created gossip, known to the "journalist" to be untrue, but is still reported...AND...stories that would destroy a favored subject (e.g. "Father of the Year" John Edwards' affair and likely fatherhood while using his terminally ill wife as a political prop) are supressed...the burden of proof would be upon you to prove your point.

There are all sorts of unanswered questions. This is from a website that Obama's campaign maintains. From fightthesmears.com

In other words, at the time of his birth, Barack Obama Jr. was both a U.S. citizen (by virtue of being born in Hawaii) and a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or the UKC) by virtue of being born to a father who was a citizen of the UKC.

See that? By his own admission, no matter where he was born, Obama held dual citizenship AT BIRTH. What are the requirements for Presidency? Here are the citizenship requirements for President:

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;

There are two classes here:

1. A natural born citizen.

2. A citizen of the United States AT the time of the adoption of this Constitution.

There is nobody alive that fits into class number 2 today. It was written to allow those who were citizens of the US, but MAY have been citizens of another country, AT THE ADOPTION of the constitution, to be President. This had to be put in there because everyone at the time was a citizen, or was born a citizen, of another country, mostly Great Britain.

Understand? Obama WAS a citizen of Great Britain at birth and up until he was 21. Is he considered a "natural born" citizen in the first class? Or is he excluded in the 2nd class from being President?

This is just one question. There are others.

No. Not even close. Read the law.

This is a VERY serious situation that threatens constitutional government, including the independence of the Supreme Court. If the constitution is ignored or not followed, Obama is a dictator and there are no independent judiciaries under any dictatorship in history.

We either live under a constitution or we become a nation ruled by men, rather than law. This isn't what American was and is all about.

There simply is no practical reason for Obama not to release his original certificate of live birth if he indeed is a natural born citizen. There is no practical reason why anyone should not want to see him do it unless they believe he is a fraud and want to see the matter kept covered up.
