I imagine he’s gone through some machinations over the years regarding his citizenship. He had Indonesian citizenship, IIRC, due to his stepfather. It is interesting to note that ALL of his prior records and papers are unavailable, so investigating his background is pretty futile.

If it turns out Obigula’s not eligible, look for them to call for riots to force the country to override the Constitution, putting the blame on evil conservatives and right-wing nazis, rather than on the Con Man who KNEW he didn’t have a shadow of a right to run for the Presidency.

Linda Lingle, the Governor of Hawaii who ordered the birth certificate sealed, is a Republican.

Another FReeper (wish I could remember who) remarked on a thread a while ago that one reason for that action could be that the certificate may be evidence in a legal proceeding.

I initially thought when I heard that she’d “sealed” the document that she was cozying up to Obigula. Now I’m wondering if she didn’t do it for security reasons, so that the BC wouldn’t mysteriously “vanish” when called into question. I would look for the SC to send maybe three people to go and inspect the document, make a copy and verify the contents, and all three must sign off on same.

You can always request the original of the Vault BC but I’d be worried about what could happen to it in transit. Thug Con-Men like Obigula have a way of “making things happen.”

That's a good point. She may have known there was something amiss and wanted to make sure everyone knew there WAS a birth certificate on record and she darn well knew it.

That would be hard to cover up. First, they'd have to hire a document expert. What expert would risk his reputation for Obama? Second, they would have to know beforehand that the expert would not turn them down. If he did, what then? It's too risky for him.

It would be much easier for him to blame racist Republicans. The media would comply. And once inaugurated, he could not be impeached.
