Ed tries to “break” stories and makes wild claims of the number of listeners. Ed seems to “take the bait” far too often. He is a decent guy but needs to show some self restraint.
I was told by Ed in the chats to lay off bashing Lan the jerk.
This is very sad. Leo is a great guy. He is trying his best to uphold the Constitution. I had some optimism that SCOTUS might also uphold the Constitution but the electors are meeting monday and if SCOTUS was going to act, I would have thought they would have moved on Friday. I will still hope SCOTUS gets it and pushes the Cort’s case to a full hearing but I am not optimistic.
I agree. Leo is a good guy. There has been little upside in all of this for him and probably lots of harassment when it is all over. I support Leo not talking to the press. They have agenda to protect Obama at all costs.
Lan Lanphere atbbed Berg and Leo in the back. Joe Thunder is pals with Lan. Ed Hale is a good guy but he is a loose cannon. The whole thing is pretty sad.

He's a hero around these parts, and that won't chnage regardless of the 'bad press' the fifth column enemy of We The People spittle on him.

[Ed. The case will be denied. I don’t think they ever wanted anything to do with it. Look what they allowed the clerk’s office to do to my case and Cort’s, flagging Cort’s for anthrax and everything else they did to stop it from reaching the justices. Bickell must have been operating under orders from higher up the food chain. The fact that he still has a job there is frightening.
Bickell has protection but the Constitution does not.
On Monday, the United States will wake up with no Constitution. It’s all over for this Country as a Constitutional Republic. It’s done as done can be. My case was strong, and Cort’s case was virtually air tight. But factions of the Court didn’t want these cases before them because now they didn’t want the burden of history on them. Now they have no excuse. The natural born citizen issue was squarely before them. All of the resulting damage and the blood of the Constitution is on their hands forever.
Cort’s case will be denied on Monday. And that will signal the very end of the nation’s unique Document.]
Heartbreaking. Leo and Cort gave their all and I am afraid Leo is right. SCOTUS will probably do nothing.
Don’t take Leo’s blog as the fact he or Cort lost their SCOTUS cases. In fact, there are some who believe it as his site being hacked, OR that he’s up to something else.
Think about it....
Cort’s “not available for comment,” AT ALL.
Leo did NOT give his “point by point breakdown explaining why the application I prepared for Cort’s brief was so much stronger than the one in my own.”
Then Leo breaks off contact with Ed yesteray and then his crazy blog last night...
...we may be in for a big surprise...
I also think Leo is preparing for a letdown tomorrow by the SCOTUS as he feels our Constitution is dead if the Justices don't act. He is most likely right. I cannot give up yet and will hope for the best tomorrow. I am counting on Justices Roberts, Thomas, Scalia, and Alito to uphold the Constitution.
If it does not go well tomorrow, then it is on to the next plan of action. God Bless America!
I personally think Leo and Cort are good guys. Cort drove all the way from CT to DC in the middle of the night to get his filing there.
I am still hopeful that Scalia, Alito, Thomas and Roberts will defend the Constitution and the Republic.
I hope it is a positive suprise. Maybe thomas, Scalian, Alito and Roberts have the guts to stand up for the Constitution. I sure as hell know Leo and Cort did. Both of them are heroes in my book.
