I received an interesting email from the new California director of Join The Impact outlining the coming assault on anyone who dares oppose Gay Marriage. And I use the work assault deliberately.

If true, making terrorist attacks can be a felony. Take the article to the local police and demand the arrest. Or if you see him any citizen in california can arrest someone.

You are correct that some people are indeed planning civil action, as related to me during some follow up interviews with people named by the Gay organization. It is getting personal. It is interesting that when I went into the election office trying to find out who donated to a liberal candidate....the records were no where to be found, however, the gay organization had no trouble at all finding out every person in the are who donated so much as a dime against prop 8.
So the general attitude of these protesters is to “Out” the businesses and individuals who gave money to support prop 8. They are publishing the names of contributors on the web and in news-papers. Seems to me that many in the Gay community are subject to the same tactics, i.e. publically outing them.
Some won’t care, some will. Seems that those living in a glass house just through a stone....
It goes further than that. This comes on the heels of our local weekly paper who recently published on the front page the name of every person in the county who has a concealed gun permit. In the body of the paper it went into detail on the individuals and mocked the hell out of them.
This is the new tactic of the liberals and coming to your community. The end game is obvious. Threaten and imtimidate. Thelef throws the term “Nazi” around quite easily at anyone on the right, but I ask everyone.....just who is adopting Nazi tactics?

“We are 100% opposed to violence, vandalism, and threats and do not endorse using any information in a nefarious way.”

Which definition are you referring to when you characterize the You Can’t Hide Your Hate website of “assaulting” ‘Yes on 8’ supporters?
If you believe it constitutes an “unlawful threat” why haven’t you contacted law enforcement? Or are you simply resorting to hyperbole?
