MSN TV reporter, Dave Lake, has decided in his infinite wisdom that Tina Fey ridiculing Governor Sarah Palin is the top TV moment from the 2008 TV season. Aren't you surprised that making fun of Sarah Palin has become the top TV moment? I mean, it's incredible that the liberal media has decided that out of the entire TV season, this is the top moment! I'm SHOCKED, to say the least. (Don't worry, I won't run out of sarcasm any time soon)
From his blurb on the main page of the TV Year in review section I think we can see why Mr. Lake is a reviewer and not himself a TV writer. Let's just say that his "humor" fell flat.
I Can See Tina From My House: The year's most singular TV moment was Tina Fey's return to "Saturday Night Live" as Republican vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin. Fey, who was never known for her impressions while on the show, nailed the voice, mannerisms and spirit of the Alaska governor, propelling the show to its best ratings in 14 years. An appearance a few weeks later by the actual Sarah Palin fell flat, much like her bid for the White House. (NBC)
The appearance by the "actual" Sarah Palin "fell flat"? Says who? It was one of SNL's highest watched episodes all year. It would seem, rather, that the whole rest of the SNL season fell flat compared to the ratings that Sarah Palin brought the show!
And, I'm sorry, how did Fey "nail" the Governor's "spirit"? That would presuppose that Sarah Palin is as stupid as Fey attempted to make her seem. One has to point out that Fey did not get elected to the highest office a state has while Sarah Palin did...

The media is beyond predictable, and pathetic. I hope karma bites each and every one of them in the ass very soon
ping for later
Look at all the topics today on the MSM going broke. I'm thinking you got your Christmas wish early!
The marxist media is deathly afraid of Sarah and the pro-American message she represents.
The msm’s continual shots at Palin is proof that they are obsessed with her, like a stalker or a middle-schooler with a crush. She is in their heads. Deep down they know what a threat she is, otherwise they would spend their time goofing on the Huckster or Willard.

Sure give me a laugh.
More substantive reproting from the “Baghdad Bob” media.
And how MANY Americans just love it.
Attacks are proportionate to fear.
I know it just makes me so angry, I know why the media hates her, its because she stood up for what is right, she called out Obama about his associations and his horrible views about America, the media thinks Obama is a God, so in their sick minds, Sarah insulted God, they hate her for speaking the truth, it’s really sad that all she wanted to do was make this country better for all of us, and this is what she has to go through to make that happen. Your right, they are scared shitless of her, knowing that she will most likely run for President in 4 years(or sooner if we can get that Kenyan born fraud out of office) and they know she has a great shot of winning(especially sticking to her Conservative views) I know why they are bashing her, but doesn’t make me feel better about it, makes me sick how they treat her
This joker needs to get his facts straight. It was SARAH’s appearance that catapaulted the ratings, not Tina Fey’s impersonation of her.
They know that she is the rising star on the American political scene and it frightens them out of their wits. I predict that, in time, Sarah Palin will become America's Iron Lady.
She's not there yet but, given time, she will arrive.
? It's somewhere on YouTube I'm sure....both funny and pathetic all in the same telling moment.
These media types won’t be laughing when Sarah Palin is elected President in a landslide in November, 2012.
