§338-20.5 Adoption; foreign born persons. (a) The department of health shall establish a Hawaii certificate of birth for a person born in a foreign country and for whom a final decree of adoption has been entered in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hawaii,..
"(b) If a new birth certificate is issued, the original birth certificate shall be sealed and filed with the decree or the abstract thereof, and the sealed package shall be opened only as provided in section 578-15(b).."

I think what you will eventually find...one day...is that his date of birth isn’t what he has advertised. I think his mother was pregnant when she left Seattle...and thus the Kenyan guy has no real bearing on this entire “legend”.
This is the simplest way of explaining the whole sealed envelop episode and the necessity of going this far.
But I would also suggest this. The simplest fix to this...is to find one state of the fifty where you would mandate the candidate running for president must show his birth certificate and have a copy ready to view at the state capital...to run for the presidency. If you have only one state with this act in place...then he can only run in 49 states...and the reputation from being a 49-state guy....makes him a fool in another twenty states.
Surely, someone knows how to call The Dems to prove that he is legit.
This problem shaould have been forseen and accounted for a long time ago.
Just the very fact that he would not release his Birth Cert to the public should have immediately disqualified him.
Now tha he is elected who is going to take up the charge? It looks like SCOTUS is going to abandon their duty to the American People.
No one. He signs a one page statement that he is qualified to be turned into the Sec of State in each state. So basically, we have to take his word that he is eligible.
With all the questions about the B.C,, is Roberts dufus enough to go along with the RATS and swear him in? You’d think his personal integrity would mean something to him.

Problem is the media continues the monotonous refrain that he HAS released his BC—and that is it on Factcheck.org, yada yada yada.
This “rushing noise” is what his handlers count on to obscure the question and it is what protects him. It is what puts the “tinfoil” status on serious inquiries. It is a systematic smokescreen by design, with a thousand media handmaidens to perpetuate it.
When in fact, not only is the so-called COLB ( Certificate of Live Birth) NOT the same as a Birth Certificate that records the doctor, hospital etc-—Obama’s very own half sister —that was born in Indonesia by all accounts—has a COLB on file in Hawaii too!!
There is no record of Obama or his mother ever having been registered in any Honolulu Hospital—no birth certificate, no paper trail.
Ten years ago would you have believed that we would be talking about this?
Then why doesn’t the Sec of State demand to see proof?
Yes what the MSM has done is pure treachery against the voting public.
The problem right now is not why the Birth Certificate was sealed,but why hasnt someone in authority the duty to certify that Obama has met Constitutional requirements.
I believe that Obama is qualified, but that the father’s name is not Obama. I believe Obama was a convenient pawn in the chess game Barry’s Mama played.
The idea that avoiding civil unrest by ignoring the Birth Certificate is best for the country is plain cowardice.
Nobody that I could determine. There is no requirement to prove you are eligible to be president.
