Dude!!! If you are still praying that the scotus will look at this after the SCOTUS has turned down numerous challenges then God thinks you are silly. Get a grip on reality. Obama will be sworn in. The fix is and has been in for a long time. Besides, I believe the SCOTUS have been assured by Obama and dem leaders of congress that they will give them pay raises.

if the Constitution meant anything at all, the Federal Reserve wouldn’t exist and the Iraq war would have been formally declared by Congress. The major issues were lost long ago. The debate about whether Obama or that other guy who was born in a hospital just outside the Canal Zone is eligible is a trivial detail compared to the wholesale shredding of the Constitution about the last decades.
That is just according to the old Constitution. Everybody knows that anchient relic means nothing in the current socailist democracy. That paper was for a Free Republic.

Perhaps you are correct about SCOTUS not acting on the several cases before the Court. That remains to be seen.

After Barry is sworn in on Tuesday (yes, he will be sworn in), he will stay there until at least Jan. 20, 2013. The ONLY thing that can remove a sitting President is impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate, period.
With clear majorities in both houses of Congress, that won't happen anytime soon, for any reason.

If the case actually made it to court the burden is still on the accuser to prove. But Barry has to produce counter evidence to show the accuser is wrong. Why he hasn’t done so only makes the situation escalate.
But don’t count on SCOTUS to do anything. It’s obvious they are not prepared to act.

Yes, that is true of a sitting “President”. However there remains the question of how one is removed if they are not legally President to begin with?
It really does not matter WHERE Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro was born. His father was not a US citizen at the time of Obama’s birth. If Obama was born in Hawaii he is a US citizen but STILL not a “natural born” citizen.
And the government would have no right to know what's in your garage, holster, or bank account.

Folks, this isn't even a close question. There isn't a "How to remove a President if he shouldn't have been seated in the first place" clause in the US Constitution.
Impeachment and only impeachment is the "removal tool" bestowed upon the Congress. SCOTUS has no power, either implicit or explicit, to remove a President once he's been sworn in. Any conjecture to the contrary is pure folly.

Actually, anyone in Congress who supported Resolution 511 was doing nothing but trying to decieve the American public into believing that if one was born of TWO US citizens they were a “natural born” citizen. The Media also helped to further this belief, even though it is not true.
Interesting that the Resolution 511 would perhaps cover for McCain, as BOTH his parents were US citizens, but sure would not cover of Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro! His father was NOT a US citizen.
As for what a Resolution is, read the following. It in no way is an amendment to the Constitution and therefore means nothing as to the Constitutional qualifications to hold the Office of President/Vice President.

“Natural Born Citizen” = Born on US soil. And born of TWO parents who are US citizens. (The parents do not need to be “natural born” citizens themselves, but must be citizens prior to the birth of their child in order for their child to be eligible to be President/Vice President.)
If Obama’s father had become a US citizen prior to Obama’s birth, then he would be “natural born” citizen IF he was born on US soil. But then, we really don't even know that since NO ONE has actually seen his original birth certificate!

“IF” Barack is eligible, then all Barack has to do is show the Certificate of Live Birth or prove he never gave up his citizenship when his mother remarried and he was adopted.

American citizens must be able to make informed decisions. When basic information about a presidential candidate is sealed by the courts, including birth place, school records and passport information, then there is a problem.
Every other American president has had a birthplace that Americans could verify. In fact a lot of times the homes they were born in, become museums. Why do we have a man in office, where it is completely unknown? It flies against American tradition. It demonstrates that the political process we have had over the years has been entirely corrupted. Corruption needs to be stopped. Criminals need to be tried. That is the justice we are praying for.
Who has come forward to say “I helped Baracks mom when she came home from the hosptital” ? Or, I lived next door to the house where Barack was born and we took a casserole to help out the new family?” No one has spoken but Baracks african relatives, and they have all been shut up by the Kenyan government.

Why ask why? It obviously doesn’t matter. Let go and let God. The answer is in the future, and you have no input nor control over that.
Barack Hussein Obama will be the next President of these United States. I know people who laugh and clap over the idea that Obama may not be consitutionally eligible - if any of these accusations are true, they see the move as nothing but sheer brilliance on his part, that he could carry something like this off - and they feel it will make him a stronger leader than any leader we’ve ever had before.
So there you have it, though I do understand your point. Unfortunately, it would seem that there is a large group of people who simply don’t feel this issue is at all relevant to him being POTUS, ‘because his intentions are good’.
