7 Things us Conservatives can do on Obamania Day!!!

Well, it’s here…. The day has finally come and we can’t escape it… The One is finally taking the oath to become the 44th President of the United States and the libs can’t contain themselves… You can sense their giddiness on the streets, in the stores and on the train…. They hold out their copy of the NY Slimes extra wide to make sure we know they are reading about the Second Coming and they want you to see it and say – “Hey – isn’t this just Wuuuuunderful???” And then can say “Thank the Lord for this, so now the World can like us again…” Gag me now, puh-lease!!!

So what are we Conservatives to do today so we don’t have to carry around the barf bag while everyone fawns over the empty suit that has accomplished absolutely nothing and done it so well???? Well, as you could have guessed from the title, I have a few suggestions for us to get through this day without getting an ounce of vomit on the laptop:

When even The Weather Channel had Jim Cantori reporting from the Mall in D.C. this morning, I turned off my Dish for the rest of the day.

I agree with you. Here’s something weird. When I turned on Dish Network this morning to check HGTV or TCM, the channel that came on was Fox News and the inauguration - but I signed off last night watching the Travel Channel and haven’t watched Fox in ages. This has only happened one other time - several months back when Dish started up to the then-new Obama channel, which I guarantee wasn’t on my favorites list!

After cleaning my toilet at the strike of noon, remembering back 8 years ago when I was at the inauguration of our 43rd President - George W. Bush........with so many of my fine freeper friends..... I will then be waiting for the big CHANGE that's going to occur - and I expect it to happen TODAY!! AFter all, isn't that what is supposed to be happening....everything changes today, doesn't it? As Rush said - isn't the sky bluer, the sun brighter, and clouds whiter, so forth and so on? I'm going to the dentist which I expect to be a more pleasant experience than watching the big wet kiss that Hussein is getting from the media. If this election cycle doesn't prove to the most dense that reporters don't report news but only comment and spin nothing will.

The big problem is that I doubt the dentist will give me enough drugs to keep me numb for the next four years.
