The media has continued to hide and misreport the fact that 30 plus lawsuits are in the courts challenging Obama's eligibility to serve as President. These lawsuits have been trying to avert the greatest Constitutional crisis America has ever faced.
The likelihood that Obama does not qualify as a "Natural Born Citizen" as is required under the Constitution is a very serious matter. There is no provision to allow Obama to remain in Office if he has in fact managed to defame/usurp the Office of the Presidency and our Constitution. In fact, every executive order, law, etc. that Obama signs is fatally flawed.

I have ALWAYS thought the laser focus should be on exposing the fraudulent federal colb document. It is a felony. It is a black and white criminal activty.
At this point we get caught up in circular legal minutia about nbc and get nowhere, when the hardcore criminal evidence is right in front of us.
I am NOT saying nbc is a non-issue— but it is a murky swamp and will stay a swamp from which we may not escape, forever devouring our own, perfect for obama and company.
If authentic evidence can be unearthed to demonstrate the documents and claims are indeed fraudulent, whether the real bc, a POE, university records, any tangible contradictory evidence, everything else will take of itself.

I agree Stretch. I’ve been wondering this myself. Why is there no prosecutors and attorneys anywhere who go after this criminal activity with the Hawaii AG??? Felony fraud is still Felony fraud. Seems to me this is the way to assemble that grand jury we’ve all been talking about.

I expect that the issues that will arise from Obama's fiscal, social, and foreign policiy policies will be apparent and the people who were lulled lulled and mesmerized into voting for the man are going to be looking for answers and avenuies.
Hopefully, starting in 2010 we will have provided them to those folks.
IMHO, in Sarah Palin, we will have a very definitive and strong answer in 2012...but we have to start now and make gains in 2010 to achieve it.
Who says Biden would become president? He wasn’t even a candidate for president. The constitution says if there is no majority winner of the electoral college the election goes to the House of Representatives and the House can pick anyone its members want. The Democrats in the House would probably pick Hillary or Pelosi. I doubt they would choose Biden. No one who knows Biden would want him.
Answer to the question “who was the attending physisian at Obama’s birth?” and In what Hospital was he born? will determin the transparency we need in government.
All those suits are just childish things that we are supposed to move beyond I believe.

I’ve tried to explain my opinion on this matter in the past to no avail, or nobody wants to buy it much less be seen in public responding to it. I’ll try one more time though.
The aggression from the Left, and when I say Left I mean the International Left that is behind the assaults on our Constitution by various forms as in this assault on the “Natural Born” clause in our Constitution, as well our immigration laws is for the purpose (I think) of setting precedence to establish the acceptance of, thus the dilution of our Constitution, thus rendering it worthless.
The “Natural Born” requirement provides that the person we elect to lead our Nation has a stake in our Nation, thus loyalty to our Nation.
Our Immigration laws I won’t address right now due my lack of time to do so, but I believe everybody is in tune on the matter here at FR. It is however also a target of the Left in the matter of purposeful precedence.
The point being that if the Left gets away with this, which was I believe intended to be a subtle assault aka; nobody was supposed to be alert and realize the candidates lack of credentials, then the groundwork for the Leftist’s “New World Order” is advanced.
But don’t you understand...being BLACK and MARXIST automatically means you’re qualified! That silly Constitution thingy just gets in the way! I mean, like, fer sure, like, you know?

Obama probably thought he was picking a smart guy who would cover up for his own ignorance of foreign affairs when he chose Biden. What he didn't realize is that he was pulling the same stunt Nixon did in picking Agnew--putting someone totally unacceptable next in line for the office.
Even if it were proven that Obama doesn't meet the present standards of "natural born citizen," what's to stop Congress from just passing a law to redefine the concept so that he's covered?

The heading of this thread says it all. The world is laughing. This is the most widely disseminated “secret” ever yet Americans know less about it than practically anyone else. You wouldn’t believe it as satire, let alone truth.
This brings up another thought on this. What if another country is holding proof, or sold to another country the proof, that Obama is not natural born? Think that might give them an advantage if in negotiations with Obama? This issue needs to be resolved.
