Middlesex County, NJ shout out!
Anyway we can help Mario? Somebody needs to go to VFW posts in the area looking for people subject to recall back to the service.
I got news for him. If I am not mistaken, anyone who has a honorable discharge, prior, retired, veteran can be recalled they say up to 30 years from ADSD.
Unless I read it incorrectly if you’re retired military and subject to recall you can be a plaintiff no matter where you live. It’s just regular voters that have to live in that area.
I am going to discuss volunteering for this with hubby, but since he’s been employed by civil service (DoD) since 2002 and retired since 98, he might be worried that his job will be placed in jeopardy...Who knows what Dumb-0’s people will do to help him squash this case.
I hope this goes somewhere though. At least if nothing else, you should be forced to show a COLB before being allowed to run for POTUS.
