I zoomed in as close as I could and still could not figure out what he is holding in his hand. It sorta looks like a remote control. Maybe he’s trying to change the channel. ; )
Whoa! What’s with the walking legs with no body attached?!?!? Look at the bottom right of the tall white camera stand.
Pres. Bush is applauding. It’s just that angle of the picture that makes it look like something on the table beside him is in his hand.

Not sure...but there are some on top of the Rayburn House Office Building. If you look above the media tower that is directly in front of BHO...the building in the background (above it in the pic) is the Dept of Health and Human Svcs or the Botanical Gardens. The BIG building to the left of that building and in the background of the platforms where the people are sitting behind and to the left of BHO is the Rayburn House Office Building.
Zoom in and look on the far right corner. There are 4 figures. Two are standing and two are laying down/sitting. They are snipers.
This is turning into "Spot the Sniper."
