Go for it............AND be prepared to back up your claims with admissable evidence.
If I remember correctly, all of the previous suits (Berg, Donofrio, etc) failed because they did not have standing to sue.
I thought i read in the threads that Representatives or Senators would have standing but no one was willing to sign on at the time. Is this true?
If it is and these representatives DO have standing, does this mean they may actually make him produce his records?
Go Orly, go!!
Y’all know more about this than I. Whether it works, or not, I admire the tenacity of these folks that keep at it. There might just be that little ‘chink in the armor’, somewhere. We know absolutely NOTHING about this ‘man’.....nor has he done anything significant to deserve his position.
TN “State Reps”???
They may as well be the county dog-catchers for the “pull” they have...
Having said that, I wish them great success!

Go get them, Orly.
Only Megyn Kelly has better ‘legs’ than this.
Anyone who has seen Obama’s passport data gets a good job with the Obama administration.
John O. Brennan, former CIA and named Director of the Terrorist Threat Integration Center with the Obama administration owned the company that employed the individual charged with illegally accessing Obama’s passport data.
VP Joe Biden, former Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations committee, review the State Department Passport breech report.
Good luck and good job hunting.
