TAITZ DEMANDS CONGRESS HOLD JUDICIAL HEARINGS AND ISSUE SUBPOENAS RE: OBAMA’S BIRTH AND BACKGROUND RECORDS
Attorney Orly Taitz and the plaintiffs she represents are not giving an inch in their relentless pursuit of the truth about Obama’s background.
Earlier this week, Taitz sent a 125-page dossier to Attorney General Eric Holder, demanding an immediate investigation on Obama.
Today Taitz sent a letter to State and Congressional Representatives and Senators, demanding they hold Judicial hearings in the Senate and House on the issue of Obama’s eligibility and issue subpoenas from:
1. The State of Hawaii State Department for a certified copy of Obama’s original long version (vault) birth certificate.
2. The Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, for all of Obama’s passport and immigration records.
3. The Board of Regents of Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard University for all of Obama’s college applications and financial aid applications.
4. Mr. Obama for a certified copy of all of the above records.
5. The Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, for a copy of Obama’s certification of the selective military service. According to a statement prepared by retired Federal Agent Steven Coffman, there is evidence of forgery in the certificate Obama presented to the public.
6. The Regents of the University of Pennsylvania, Annenberg FactCheck.org explanation and records, as to how did they claim to have examined Obama’s birth certificate and found it valid. Neither the State of Hawaii, nor Obama has ever released such birth certificate and there is no evidence of Obama being born in any hospital in Hawaii, and the only thing that was ever presented was limited value short version Certification of Live Birth.
