I'm confused. Is it OK to use the Obama symbol in my bumper sticker or not?

I just created a new bumper sticker and put it up for sale at zazzle.com. However, it includes the Obama logo, and I don't know if it is legal for me to use it or not. Based on what was written on this blog at politico (http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0708/The_Obama_logo.html), it seems that I can use it, unless the Obama people object.
Here is the link to my bumper sticker:
http://www.zazzle.com/tulipforme
("I hope he fails!" with the Obama logo replacing the "o" in "hope".)
What do you think? Do I need to change it and take out the Obama logo or leave it as it is? Any lawyers out there willing to give a little free advice? :-)

You can only it use free without copyright protections if you are part of a socialist or communist organization...

Why not?
Pepsi uses it.

Oops, double comment alert! Sorry.

That’s why I don’t buy Pepsi.

If it’s a parody, it’s fair use.

Wouldn’t that be protected as political speech?

Yes, but due to provisions of the new Fairness Doctrine you must also place a pro-Obama sticker on your car.
To: Pining_4_TX
I'm thinking of a variation of this.

Ha, ha, I like that a lot. Maybe you could change that to a picture of the Titanic?

Gack! My car would probably refuse to start. Hey, it would be another example of Obama’s ability to get things moving!

Thanks. That’s what I think, but you never know. If I disappear completely, you’ll know they’ve taken me away somewhere. ;-)

These are great!
Freepers are so creative!
To: frogjerk
Maybe we could start slapping these on some liberal bumpers.
