Detroit’s population had fallen to 871,121 as of 2006 according to the Bureau of the Census estimate. No doubt the people from ACORN, guided by Rahm Emanuel’s wisdom, will persuade hordes of people to cooperate with the enumeration who were “missed” on previous occasions.
