It wasn’t an official strike, just a protest. But 100 or so members of the Screen Actors Guild picketed NBC’s Tonight Show in Burbank last night. And President Obama’s limo sped past them faster than Joe Biden putting his foot in his mouth.

Blame the unions. They keep supporting Democrats even when they are used as toilet paper. With that kind of loyalty, the Democrats could give the union people golden showers and they’d still support them to the hilt.

But he did cross a real picket line at the convention in Boston when the cops were walking one.
And they will still turn out in droves to vote Democrat.
It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad for the rest of us.

The incident created internal divisions within the union, which did not want to alienate the “Tonight Show” host, who brought doughnuts to writers on the picket line and publicly championed their cause... Personally I hope the union loses every contest in which it enters. But I feel that way about every union. As long as they continue to back the liberal left, then they deserve to be screwed over.
