Obviously, they’ve never listened to him. I wonder who managed to hammer that meme into their heads.
Frankly, I’ve never actually heard Rush express express anything remotely resembling “hatred” for any ethnic or racial group...

Under section 6104 of the bill, entitled Duties, in subsection B6, the legislation states that a commission will be set up to investigate, Whether a workable, fair, and reasonable mandatory service requirement for all able young people could be developed, and how such a requirement could be implemented in a manner that would strengthen the social fabric of the Nation and overcome civic challenges by bringing together people from diverse economic, ethnic, and educational backgrounds.Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Ironic that an allegedly African-American man would so eagerly violate this amendment, but he's not the descendant of slaves, is he?

Ammendment XIII
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
This was once illegal when we had a Constitution.

It would be hard for them to pretend otherwise. I see no GOP attempt to get their act together.
How sad.

except as a punishment for crime Well, there's the catch, see? Thought crimes against the Obama will be sufficient reason to have your young'uns removed to training camps.
