FLOTUS needs to have someone record her body movements for her to view as she is not aware nor conscious of her body language.
She is disconnected from the fact that she can’t be her little old Alpha female as she used to be.
This kind of stuff could have been passed off in the Univ of Chicago Hospital workplace but when you are on the world stage everything counts.

I have tried but words escape me. Totally unbelievable anyone in their right mind would pay $450. for a pair of sneakers and then distribute food at a food bank.

LOL. There is another consideration here. If the Os are accepting freebies, is it in violation of ethics rules that govern gift-giving? Not to mention tax laws since those freebies add up.
Are those grey anklets she has on? If she was going to wear those hideous sneakers she should, at a minimum, have skipped the anklets. They just reinforce the whole ugly look. Perhaps those $540 tennis shoes are uncomfortable as h3ll?
Is there any doubt by anyone, anywhere, how this would be reported if it were a Republican first lady?
The headlines would scream “Queen of Mean”, “Mari Antoinette” etc.

I agree 100%. A relative had a formal event to go to several years ago. After the event, the caterers were giving away some of the food. Well, this relative was getting some to take home. This snooty lady came up to her and asked why was she getting strawberries and chocolate from the fountain to take home that she could afford to buy her own. Well, no one and I mean no one messes with this relative. She told this “lady” that her whole outfit including shoes cost a total of $63! That shut her up and she just turned and walked away without saying another word. You can look terrific without spending even $100. How do I know this? She is my granddaughter who turned 21 this week.
Someone needs to follow her around for several weeks like they do on What Not to Wear. It would not do any good though because she thinks she is hot stuff when she is ice cold.
